Spoke to Nickie about my Alba mini cot bed which I'd had less than 2 years and the wooden slats had broken and gone moldy in places. Even though I was outside of the guarantee Nickie offered to send out replacement parts straightaway as a gesture of goodwill. Very impressed with how this was handled, and so promptly. Excellent customer service, would shop here again.

I bought the Modena cot bed whilst I was pregnant, and now my daughter is 6 months old. I went to build it for her, and there were missing bolts, so I couldn’t build the cot. I emailed Tutti Bambini and got a response from Cassandra, who has hopefully rectified this, and my bolts will arrive in 2-3 days.

Brilliant customer service. I've been lucky enough to be given a friends cozee bedside cot but she unfortunately didn't have the co-sleeping straps any more. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy some new ones. Irene replied quickly that they unfortunately didn't have any currently in stock but due to my due date being so close she contacted their warehouse, found some straps and have sent them out for free!
