We ordered the Verona Oak Changing table/drawers in January.
We assembled the drawers only for there to be a fault with the bottom drawers slipping out of the runners because of what seemed to be the side walls being too far apart. The unit was also incredibly unstable. We contacted customer service who advised that Homeserve would come and assess the unit. We had disassembled the unit in the meantime due to its lack of stability for safety reasons. It took 3 weeks to get a slot for Homeserve to come and assess the unit, only for us to be told they cannot assess the drawers since they weren’t assembled. Back to square one.
In negotiations with Irene from customer service again who basically just said we needed to reassemble the non functioning unit, book Homeserve for them to give an assessment and then advise on the way forward. Being pregnant, and incredibly stubborn at wanting this exact set of drawers, running short on time and knowing we would need to wait for a replacement unit to still be ordered/delivered/reassembled we very stupidly decided to waste even more money by ordering a brand new second unit and to try again. We asked for support from customer service in assembling it who very (un)helpfully told us to get an external company in.
We recruited an engineering friend to help assemble it just to be sure it wasn’t due to any faults on our part. Lo and behold the exact same issue was present with the second set of drawers.
We contacted customer service again who restarted the entire process, we waited another 2+ weeks for Homeserve to come and assess the drawers only for them to determine that it’s a manufacturing default.
Essentially it’s now 3 months later, £500+ wasted on purchasing two units with the exact same fault in them and still no working drawers to show for it.
Customer service was absolutely disgraceful first time round so I expect much of the same this time (or a generic response to say they’re ’investigating the matter’). We are now less than a month away from our due date and assume we will not have a resolution from the company any time soon and will need to look elsewhere for another set of drawers. Incredibly disappointing experience all round. Save yourself time, frustration and money and DO NOT support this company or order the Verona Oak drawers

I brought the Alba cot bed last year, I removed the side, but has a very kicky toddler which ripped and broke one of the panels. I simply emailed them and within 3 days received a replacement part for free. Amazing! Now the cot will last for 2nd child too. Highly recommend

"This chest of drawers nearly injured my baby — absolutely unacceptable and unsafe"
I wish I could give this company zero stars. I bought a chest of drawers for £350, expecting a decent, safe product — especially since it’s meant to be used around babies. Instead, I ended up with a dangerous, poorly made item that almost injured my baby.
The entire front panel broke off and fell, right next to my baby. If she had been just a little closer, it could have caused serious harm or worse. I was absolutely shaken, and I’m still traumatised by how close we came to disaster.
And the worst part? I had been contacting their customer service for over two weeks before this happened, warning them that there were issues with the drawer. I’ve sent emails, made multiple calls, spent 30+ minutes on the phone — and all they kept saying was, “We can send spare parts.”
I explained that I spent three hours assembling the chest. Now they want me to disassemble it, figure out myself what’s wrong, wait for spare parts to arrive, and reassemble it all — with no offer of proper help, no apology, no sense of urgency. I told them that I am not a furniture expert and I cannot do all of this myself. For a £350 piece of furniture, that’s just completely unacceptable.
Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. In particular, Cassandra, who I’ve spoken to multiple times, is shockingly unprofessional. When I explained that their product nearly injured my baby, she kept parroting the same line: “We can only send spare parts.” No compassion. No real solution. Just the same cold, scripted response again and again.
To make things worse, their website says that if a product is faulty, they can collect it, repair it, and return it within 5 days. But when I requested this, they told me that this only applies if the customer first attempts repairs themselves. That’s not what their policy says — it’s misleading, and in my opinion, a complete scam.
This chest is made from cheap, flimsy materials, and it’s definitely not safe to use around children. I wouldn’t recommend this furniture to anyone — not even my worst enemy. When I tell them what happened and how unsafe it is, they just brush it off with “It’s 100% safe, we have certificates.” They completely ignore the actual, real experience I had — like they don’t care at all.
I purchased this chest of drawers just six months ago, and problems started couple of weeks ago. I contacted them straight away, and their website clearly says their furniture comes with a standard one-year guarantee, with an option to extend to three years. Yet when I asked for a replacement or refund, they told me that because I’ve used it for six months and assembled it, they can’t do anything — no refund, no replacement, nothing. How could I have known the quality of this furniture would be so terrible if I hadn’t assembled it? There’s no way to assess that until it’s fully put together.
They also claimed that because I purchased it through Wayfair and not directly through their website, I only have a six-month guarantee — but this is not written anywhere on their site or Wayfair’s. When I asked them to show me where that policy is stated, they said it’s in their contract — something customers can’t even access. When I pointed that out, they simply stopped replying.
So if you’re buying from this company thinking you’ll be protected by a guarantee — you won’t be. It’s just words on a website they don’t honour. They’ll find excuses to avoid responsibility and leave you stuck with unsafe, poor-quality furniture.
Please don’t trust this company. If your furniture fails and puts your family at risk, they will do nothing but send you a spare screw and ask you to fix it yourself.

Had a faulty part that developed after a couple of months of use. Casandra in customer services responded promply and immediately sorted out a free replacement for us, she was great. Really happy with the general quality of the product we ordered (Rio Toybox) and would recommend Tutti.

Since having my little boy 7 months ago I have been loving the Tutti Bambini products- I recently had an issue with one of my puzzle play mats as there was a colour mismatch- Nickie in the Customer Service Team was so helpful when sorting out my issue- fast and super friendly- really restores faith in big companies when you get such fave customer service!

Ordered a chair directly from their site in January and I'm still waiting for it to appear. It's now April. The site originally said that it should be dispatched in 4-6 weeks. I contacted their customer service after this time and was told that there won't be stock until the end of April. Maybe I'll get a chair, maybe I've been scammed. Time will tell.
