Love the carrier. Straightforward and simple to use. Given it 4 stars because I find that it is difficult to get it very snug and tight by yourself once you get the baby in. You will need some sort of support from someone else to tighten it.

Yasmine from customer service was great in helping with my order. I live on a new build estate and can't rely on all parcel delivery services. After reaching out to tutti bambini to ask who they use as a courier I got a reply within an hour saying the courier can be manually selected for my order and after placing my order this was done according to my instructions within 1.5 hours! Brilliant service.
