I ordered a Riley cotbed on the 4th of March. It arrived with x2 missing pieces. Got told they would be delivered in a time frame, they weren’t. I emailed and they got lost. They got sent out again on another timescale- also not delivered on time. When they arrived the packaging was completely ripped and the pieces awful damaged in every single corner- the wood literally disintegrating. I got told within 3 days I will get a replacement, it’s been 6 working days I emailed again and yet again they are lost. I still haven’t received them and have no idea on when they will be delivered. I got told I’ll be sent the tracking and I haven’t. I’ve been given “free cot sheets” for a sorry however my issue still hasn’t been resolved. Luckily I’m not due just yet but I do not recommend if you are wanting a cot anytime soon. It’s really disappointing as I was recommended this company but I do not recommend further.

Irene was really helpful when I lost a highchair strap in the wash. Identified what was missing and sent one out for replacement. Helpful and very quick on the responses!

Absolutely lovely nursing chair & 10/10 customer service!
We have a Jonah nursing chair and have recently had a problem with faulty legs impacting the usage of our chair. I contacted customer services and spoke with a lovely advisor called Irene who was prompt & efficient in solving our issue. Nothing was too much trouble for Irene and she has fixed our problem so quickly.
Thank you so much Irene, we can’t wait to have our chair working properly again!

I had a piece of the cot bed I ordered damaged in transit I contacted Irene at Tutti Bambini and she got a replacement sent out straight away. So can not fault the service plus the product was lovely and just what we wanted. Thanks Irene your a star!

We ordered the Rio toy box, we’ve only had it about 2 months and the screws in the lid came out when the lid was opened (the screws were in and they were not loose)
The screws inside were in yet the side have stared to come apart from each other.
