"Awful, diabolical customer service"

Awful, awful customer service. My order has not been delivered 3 weeks ago!!! They keep
Fobbing me off, ignoring my emails. I’ve had enough! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you order from this company, just be aware that you will receive absolutely no help when something goes wrong.

Lovely and unique gifts. The sale is marvellous! I have ordered a couple of times and been happy with the products. Their downfall is the dispatch time. It takes too long to receive your order. It's a shame as I do love the the products but unfortunately the time it takes for the parcel to arrive has prevented me from placing more orders.

Found this company on a search . Ordered various gifts for my niece as a lockdown birthday present . The goods were sent straight to her address and she was absolutely thrilled with the items - a scented candle , mug a brush and a couple of other gifts . Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

"Dreadful"

Dreadful. I placed an order and paid. Then nothing. Nothing. Still nothing. Days later, you guessed it, nothing. I checked the website and my order had not even been picked and by this point - literally weeks in - we were way over their own self declared delivery time. So I emailed and said “just cancel it and issue a refund “. They then decided to dispatch the order..... so they keep your money for weeks, until you want it back then they ignore your request for a refund. Just steer clear.
