"Did not receive goods"
Ordered perfume, went to locker to collect . Locker was empty. Very poor response from customer services saying this now under investigation but will not send another one in the meantime. So I will not be able to receive the gift in time for Christmas. Customer service member said I should be patience and understand they are being punished also !

Ordino un profumo con l’assistenza clienti per mio figlio che vive a Roma. La consulente telefonica aspetta che il pagamento sia eseguito (con carta di credito) e mi garantisce la consegna per ieri, 19 dicembre 2024. Ieri il pacco mi risulta consegnato presso un punto di ritiro accanto alla mia vecchia abitazione. Io non vivo più a Roma e avevo dato l’indirizzo di mio figlio, chiaramente. Oggi 20 dicembre alle 10.25 telefono per far riconsegnare il regalo a mio figlio facendo presente che c’è stato un errore da parte loro. La persona al telefono mi dice che non è stato un errore ma che gli articoli vengono consegnati all’indirizzo dell’intestatario della carta di credito. Mi chiedo come questa persona possa stare all’assistenza di un e-commerce. Le dico che non è così e che vorrei far arrivare al più presto il regalo a mio figlio poiché sabato partirà. La persona al telefono mi risponde che visto che mio figlio sta a Roma potrebbe andare a prenderlo lui il pacco al punto di ritiro. Le ho detto che è scorretta ma non sembrava comune convinta. Pensavo che su Amazon una cosa simile non si è mai verificata in dieci anni di acquisti. Da Dior è bastato un ordine.

"Waardeloze service!!! "
Op 1 december een bestelling geplaatst, die vanaf 4 december plots niet meer traceerbaar is. Contact opgenomen met klantenservice (Clarissa), maar zij schuiven het probleem af op DPD. Ben ondertussen al bijna 3 weken aan het wachten op mijn bestelling en mag nog eens 14 werkdagen wachten tot het onderzoek van DPD is afgerond. Voor een merk als Dior is deze afhandeling meer dan triest. Is dan ook de laatste keer dat ik hier heb besteld. Dan maar niet meer rechtstreeks via Dior.

Teleurgesteld schrijf ik deze review. Ik heb een item besteld bij jullie. Helaas moest ik zelf constateren dat er geen opvolging was m.b.t. de levering. Na verschillende telefoongesprekken met jullie serviceafdeling wordt ik uiteindelijk met een mailtje afgewimpeld dat mijn pakket "kwijt" is en het bestelde item niet meer leverbaar. Ik vindt dit een schandalige gang van zaken en kan nu alsnog op zoek naar een (verlaat) cadeau voor mijn vrouw haar verjaardag. Ik raadt iedereen aan om deze en de andere recenties te lezen voor hier te bestellen.

"Dior is such a let down"
Dior is such a let down. I joined in June of this year and have spent 1900.00. My Christmas gift is two ounces of hand soap that they did not even send. So actually my gift is nothing. Last year I heard they got a full size prestige serum. It is why I joined. Will not be buying from them again. What a slap in the face. After raising the price you would think they would have kept the gifts that kept us coming back. I feel so taken advantage of. I also did not receive holiday box or charm. No one has contacted me, I called and emailed. There has got to be someone new in charge for Dior how else could it go from being the best company to the absolute worst on the market. So deceptive.no warning your gift would be you can wash your hands for maybe a week what a joke.

J’ai fait appel au service après vente pour la réparation d’une montre : proposition faite par SMS : venir à la boutique Dior Paris pour apporter la montrer ou trouver une personne pour l’apporter. Facile lorsque l’on habite à plus de 300 kms. Conclusion : acheter des montres CD. Que si vous habitez Paris sinon aucun proposition de réparation proposée

"Ordered a 50ml EDT of Poison online…"
Ordered a 50ml EDT of Poison online 11/12/24 as a Christmas present from my husband. Thought I'd order direct from Dior as it was nice to get a few samples included. On the evening of the 12/12/24 I had an email from Dior stating 'We regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled due to a stock discrepancy'. I do not understand why the website allows you to order an item when it is not actually in stock! Unbelievably, I went online again this morning, and lo and behold, the 50ml EDT of Poison is still available to purchase!! However, I am not going to take the chance and risk having my order cancelled again. From now on I will just get my Dior perfumes from elsewhere....... very disappointing!!!

Ordered Dior Savage as a gift for Christmas it came and a couple of days later I noticed the box had a really strong smell I opened it to see it had came smashed the whole bottle was empty and the box was covered in the scent staining through. Disgusting service.
