"Son unos ladrones "

Recientemente hice un pedido q supuestamente llegaba por upa y se lo cogienron ahora no se hacen cargo de la devolución quieren. Q mande a Francia yo un papel firmado pagado por mi olor correos para abrir una investigación
Y no me dan solución a la devolución. Son lo peor

"Premium Price - amateur service"

Ordered perfume as a gift for Christmas, assuming that paying more to buy direct from Dior would ensure premium service - or at least service in line with the promises on their website.

Placed order with next day delivery on the 18th - item did not arrive and no update was provided. However, payment was taken (despite the T&C's saying that it would not be taken until the item was dispatched). Each day delivery date on my account just changed to a day later. I used the tracking number to check via the Courier and they said they are waiting for the parcel.

Contacted customer services and then waited a day for a reply. The response, essentially: "I am very sorry about this very unusual situation. Unfortunately, at the moment I do not have a date to communicate."

When I queried the fact that this was not consistent with their T&C's, including payment being taken the response:

'Yes indeed and once more I apologize'

Really poor - wish I'd have just ordered via Boots and paid less to get the product on time!

"Impossible de se faire livrer quoi que…"

Impossible de se faire livrer quoi que ce soit en temps et en heure étant donné qu’ils passent par UPS qui est une vaste blague et que le service client de DIOR ne prend même pas la peine de répondre. Impossible d’envoyer le colis en point relais de changer l’adresse ou d’organiser un rdv convenable. Si je ne suis pas chez moi ils repassent 3 jours plus tard donc éventuellement si j’arrête de travailler pour rester à la maison j’aurai une chance éventuelle de réceptionner mon colis

"Never again buying from Dior.com. The worst costumer service you can imagine"

I have been ordering from Dior in the past and never had issues, but now, something must have changed in the management as their policies and the way staff is dealing with clients is awful.

I have moved home six months ago. So before placing the order with Dior, I have changed my billing and delivery address. Their site must have a bug as even if I have put the correct address, the order was to be sent to my old address. I saw this mistake a minute after I placed the order (when I received order confirmation email). I have immediatelly called Dior and asked them to change the address or cancel the order. They said they can't do any of that and that I can change address myself when the parcel reaches DPD.

In the past I had an issue with a parcel sent by another shop (there it was my fault, it was few days after my move, and I forgot to update the address), so I knew that address can be changed only to another address in the same catchment area (I live one hour away now, so not in the catchment area). But the customer service of that shop was very helpful and explained that they sadly can't change address at that point but what they can contact DPD after the parcel reaches the courier and ask them to return the parcel to them so they can then refund me and I can place a new order with the correct address. I was happy with that solution.

Knowing how things work, I asked Dior staff to do the same, but they said they can't and didn't show absolutely the smallest empathy or interest to help. I tried with two people from Dior (sometimes solutions depend on the person you encounter), but they both were totally unwilling to do anything. They could do it (I know it because of my previous experience), they just simply don't care.

Now I talked to DPD and they said that the sender has to request return of the parcel, which Dior is not willing to do. So my only option will be to redirect the parcel to a post office in the area of my old home and not collect it, so after a week there, it will automatically return to the sender (Dior.com).

Also, appalling and so wrong was another thing Dior statement :"Oh, it's just a small order!" Yes, this time I only ordered a £45 eye shadow palette. But you start building loyalty with clients also with small orders and if happy, they will later come for more. Every seller knows that, except Dior, it seems.

So never again!

PS I also see they even don't care responding to the negative reviews. Shows how much they care. If they had arranged to return the order to them, I would have placed another order with them. After their appalling behaviour, I will buy eyeshadow palette from somebody else. They have just lost a returning customer.

"Experience with Dior Bag"


I am extremely disappointed with my experience with @Dior regarding my Lady Dior bag. Despite paying a premium price and taking meticulous care of this luxury piece, the color has significantly changed over time, as shown in the photo.

When I purchased this bag, I trusted Dior’s reputation for quality and durability. At no point was I informed that discoloration is a characteristic of patent leather. As a loyal customer, I feel this lack of transparency is unacceptable.

While Dior has responded to my concerns, claiming this issue is due to the “natural characteristics” of the material, I find this explanation unsatisfactory for a luxury product of this caliber. Dior represents the epitome of quality, and I expect the brand to stand by its products and offer a solution that reflects its standards.

I urge @Dior to take responsibility for this matter and reconsider their response. Customers who invest in luxury deserve better.

"Outstanding service as always"

Outstanding service as always. I also can’t relate to these other reviews. I ordered some makeup after 5pm on Friday and put the wrong delivery date in by mistake. I called customer support after realising my mistake on Saturday morning, I spoke to a very polite gentleman who said as my order was placed after 5pm and for delivery next Saturday, he wouldn’t be capable of changing it to next day delivery as the order was now with the warehouse. That is completely understandable as I have worked in retail. It was my fault as I clicked on wrong delivery. I accepted that it wouldn’t be delivered before Xmas. Lo and behold, 2 hours later, my package arrived. Beautifully wrapped and stunning product. I am assuming the gentleman I spoke with managed to correct the delivery. I love Dior!

"Couldn’t change the address nor cancel the order"

I ordered a set of small fragrances for my mom as a Christmas present online but checked out with PayPal. When I logged in to the Paypal after returning me back to their page the order was already placed and this is when I saw the address that PayPal pulled out was not correct.
I called customer support straight away because I chose the delivery for the next day. But customer support told me there is nothing they can do now neither cancel the order or change the address and I have to wait for PDP link in order to chance the address.

Surprise surprise I couldn’t change the address because I no longer live in the same area. The only way for me to receive this package was to reroute it to the shop where I could pick it up. Now this means I have to travel for an hour to pick up the parcel.

What a joke. I expected so much better from Dior but times and times it shows thaT luxury brands are so rubbish at online customer support. I wish I ordered it from someone else.

"Send damaged items and refuse to replace ! "

Customer service is non existent if something goes wrong they refuse to reorder and Instead tell you to wait 15 days. They don’t care that their customers have placed orders for Christmas gifts. My perfume arrived with the bottle smashed and the contents had leaked all over the packaging. I sent the photos to customer services and they advised they would investigate and reorder in a couple of days time - this was on the 13/12, we are now on the 20/12 and they have sent a message to advise that I need to wait until the 7th January now! Terrible service

"Garbage"

Garbage. Ordered a set. The lipstick arrived damaged. I started talking with customer service via email. They then ignored me for 20 days despite me following up numerous times. I finally called and was told they apologize and were refunding me for the damaged item and it would take 30 days. 30 days later still no refund and now when I call they're telling me that it's too late for them to help me because it's past their 30 day return police. I will NEVER order from them again.

30 ans de fidélité …. À flacon défectueux acheté chez sephora dont le pulvérisateur ne marche pas et aucun geste commercial . À 155 euros le parfum et 30 ans de fidélité on attend autre chose …. Je trouve ça Lamentable . Merci à la maison Dior et à son service client plus que médiocre
