"Awful service by Dior Canada"

I bought a perfume on December 3rd. It was supposed to arrive between December 7th and 10th. Every time I logged in to track it, the delivery date had been pushed back by 4–5 days. Today, January 10th, the new delivery date is January 20th, and honestly, I can’t trust that date either.

I contacted them to request a cancellation of the order, but they told me it wasn’t possible. The best they could do was provide a return label so that, once the product arrives, I can take it to Canada Post and send it back. Then, I’d have to wait 15 days after they receive the product to get my money back.

For me, it’s inconceivable that, with at least 10 days’ notice, they’re making me go through all this extra trouble.
I will never shop on their website again and strongly suggest you do the same.

"Assolutamente mai più acquisterò brend Dior"

Assolutamente mai più acquisterò brend Dio.Ho acquistato l'anno scorso un paio di Sneakers B23 alla quale ho sempre prestato cura bensì oggi mi sono ritrovata le scarpe scambiate di colore Rosa. Al che mi sono recata presso la boutique di Roma,alla quale hanno aperto una pratica per un consulto tecnico come da prassi poiché la scarpa ancora in garanzia,inviandole alla sede centrale di Parigi.Passata circa una settimana con tanto di entusiasmo oggi ricevuto il messaggio da parte di Dior con tanta speranza "possiamo esserle di aiuto"purtroppo invece non è stato così,in seguito ad un attenta analisi da parte degli esperti che ci dispiace informarvi che il tuo articolo non può essere riparato.SCHIFO PIÙ TOTALE.

"I made an online ordee with Dior"

I made an online ordee with Dior Beauty. Order#104555411. Me and my Bf were out of state for working reasons. We asked the Dior Beauty Css and ups if we could change the delivery address, hold it on a ups location or having the office management hold it. None of the options was available. They ended up returning everything back to the sender. I spoke to the customer support but noone could do anything about it. I had purchased with my delta sky miles to receive also triple points.(it only happens once a year) I ended up not getting the points and the products. I'm only waiting for the refund at this point. I'm very disappointed because such a big company should have delivery options that accommodate everyone with their schedule and life style.

"Service clientèle inefficace et produits inutilisables"

Les réponses mails sont formatées et pas personnalisées (réponses automatiques...?). Aucune solution proposée et pire encore le service clientèle se cache derrière la liste de pièces à fournir pour terminer les échanges (dont certaines impossibles à avoir ex envoyer une photo du produit défectueux alors que j'ai précisé le gout extrêmement amer des rouges à lèvre, dans une palette de maquillage, du coup inutilisables..)

"Rusty necklace, useless staff "

I bought a necklace two years ago for my girlfriend. It turned green and rusted within three months. Their reply was oops that’s not meant to happen. They offered a refund and asked us to send back to the necklace. Money was refunded to an old account used to buy the necklace over two years ago and I don’t have any access to it, after many painful emails with their useless customer services team I still have got nowhere. Absolutely rubbish product and even worse staff!

"I bought a christmas present for my…"

I bought a christmas present for my wife on December 10 and the expected delivery date was December 23rd which was acceptable as there was a Canada Post strike. Fast forward to today, the product has not been arrived and the expected date changed to January 13rd. One whole month for “christmas present”. Contacted the customer service, they said they have contacted the courier (on dec 27). Avoid buying at the website at all cost!

"Worst company i have ever had dealings…"

Worst company i have ever had dealings with.!
I ordered a £470 necklace as a christmas present direct from dior, what turned up was not the necklace i order but a cheap fake bracelet.
The box was still sealed i believe the necklace had been swapped out in the packing process.
On ringing Dior to sort the issue out they were very unhelpful did not offer any replacement or refund and said they would investigate which would take 30 days.
i returned the item as requested for the investigation only to have it returned back to me saying it wasn't the correct item in the box.!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dior has no integrity and does not care about their customers, they have major corruption issues within Dior and are not willIing to address the issue.
Dior is dishonest and a disgrace to the fashion industry.

"Nachbearbeitung und Reklamation entspricht nicht einem Luxusprodukt"

Luxusartikel online zu vertreiben ist nicht einfach. Verwirrende Bestellvorgänge und keine den Produkten entsprechende kundenorientierte Nachbearbeitung bei Dior. Insgesamt sehr klinische, kühle und abfertigende Haltung. Erinnert sehr an KI gesteuerte und damit nüchterne Erledigung eines Vorganges.
Das Produkt selbst erscheint sehr liebevoll und wertigst verpackt. Das Paket selbst ist ein Erlebnis.
