Dear Customer Service management,
I received the trainers today, March 5, 2025, at 13:50 PM, and I am absolutely appalled by what I have received. If this so-called “repair” was done by Dior, then I am even more disappointed. The damages have merely been painted over, which is a completely unacceptable and unprofessional resolution.
I expected better service from both Harrods and Dior, yet this experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. This will not be taken lightly. I am now escalating my complaint to the ombudsman and will seek legal advice if necessary.
This is my final attempt to allow you to resolve this issue properly. I expect an urgent response, either with a full refund or a proper replacement. Anything less will not be accepted.
I await your immediate action on this matter.

"The absolute worst customer service"
I’m not surprised to see how many bad reviews Dior have received. My recent customer experience has been shocking too. Firstly they sent the parcel to the wrong address and refused to refund or send a replacement. I managed to pick it up out of sheer luck and when I opened the product, the brush of the spoolie broke off immediately, meaning I don’t have a way to apply the product without making my own makeshift spatula (cotton wool bud!) I raised my concerns and asked for a refund and they sent me this email: “In order to pass on your situation to the concerned department, we will require mandatory pictures and videos of the broken or damaged product including the batch code located at the bottom of the item and in the packaging of them, plus pictures from all angles of the delivered box, inside and outside and the shipping label.” I’ve obviously thrown these away by now, which they are clearly counting on to avoid refunding customers for their £35 faulty concealer. Avoid.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received. My emails and complaints have been ignored for the past two days.
Dior has been falsely advertising a promotion that encourages customers to spend more in order to receive a gift that is never actually delivered. Despite my complaint, I have yet to receive a response. As a loyal customer who admires Dior and what it represents, it is disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the promotion has remained available in the past few days, yet the promised gift was not included with orders. Given that Dior is a luxury brand, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and customer care but mostly I expected to receive what I paid for….

Très mauvaise prise en charge lors du service à la clientèle. Le transporteur de Dior a perdu mon colis lors d’un retour de marchandise acheté online. ( décembre 2024). Après avoir signalé le problème au service à la clientèle plusieurs fois, Dior ne m’a toujours pas remboursé. 4 mois après l’incident, la situation n’est toujours pas résolue.

I sent back a perfume since January it’s March now and still have t revived my refund I been calling and they say without a tracking information there’s nothing they can do but I did get a email saying they received it and a refund will be issued and nothing that’s how they make there money 😡

J’ai acheté une paire de boucles d’oreilles il y a quelques mois . Je les mets toujours dans leur boîte, j’ai dû les porter 5 fois à tout casser. Les pierres tombent. La qualité est médiocre, l’éclat des bijoux ne dure même pas sur un an. Je ne rachèterai plus rien de cette maison (à savoir que j’ai également un sac, la qualité n’est pas au rendez vous). Les scandales autour de cette maison ne m’étonne absolument pas.

"Worst customer service ever"
Website was promising a complimentary gift if you spend £120. I haven't received any gifts and after email exchanges with customer service they just asked me to return my purchase! Customer service was rude, obviously didn't care about customers and their experience and about Dior reputation. They also gave me incorrect promo code.
Dior keep advertising free gifts, but do not give you anything. This is disgusting and just misleading customers. I didn't expect that from Dior...attracting customers by promising gifts which you never give away...

Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten Service erlebt wie bei Christian Dior Couture ( online) sie akzeptieren keine Rücknahme! Absolut nicht lösungsorientiert! Leider wird es über den Anwalt laufen damit ich wieder mein Geld zurück bekomme!

Depuis ma 1ere commande j'en ai passé d'autres (petite maroquinerie, textile, vaisselle), articles conformes, de qualité, et la livraison UPS c'est toujours bien passée.
