I would to thank Faye @ Mulberry homes at Leighton Buzzard for all the help she has given my 80 year old parents who are buying a new property. They are on their 80s and haven’t moved for 45 years so this has been an overwhelming experience for them. But Faye has gone above and beyond helping them through this process. She has made this a great and easier experience for me as their daughter and not having the worries or having to support them all the time. I cannot thank her enough. She is the one of main reasons my Mum & Dad have brought this property and didn’t look at any other properties. She is a great asset and ambassador for your company

"Faye is an absolute dream"
Faye is an absolute dream! I wish I’d discovered the development sooner. There were very few homes left when I visited and I couldn’t quite afford what I wanted. However, Faye offered me advice and shared her knowledge of the area with me. So much so I felt comfortable to pop in and update her on my search as I valued her opinion before I put my offer in. Thank you so very much Faye - one in a million!

"Poor customer care and communication"
Sadly we had a lot of issues with the customer care team. We were left without heating downstairs for over two weeks following a incorrectly reported issue by the customer service team in December. We highlighted an issue with the garden 7 months ago, the garden is now completely waterlogged and the patio has standing water when is rains and after chasing Mulberry to understand what they intend to do about this, as the current condition does not meet NHBC standards, we have been ignored. We then raised this as a formal complaint, Mulberry have now breached their own complaints handling procedure and we have still had no response. The customer care team do not answer the phone and have ignored numerous emails from us. They also shared our email address with another plot holder by copying us into a email about unrelated issues on another plot.

"Friendly staff, great customer service from Mullberry homes..."
We can't praise Faye of Mullberry Homes enough. We went to visist as we are looking at purchasing our first home and she was so helpful. She was honest, open and very personable, for us that means alot as its hard to find these days in people.
We wish that Mullberry were doing more developments in our area as when we are ready we would of definitely purchased one of there homes.

Faye in Leighton Buzzard (Manor Heath) was simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her despite spinning lots of plates at once. Her approach to customers is the best that we have seen without a doubt on any new build site (and we have seen a few) and she was so genuinely helpful and knowledgable. She is a real assest and credit to Mulberry Homes , if you can bottle that and spread it, it would be amazing. Thank you so much Faye for your time , help and support , John & Jackie.

"Dream home thanks to Charlotte"
We finally moved into our dream home this week in Clifton Gardens. Charlotte and her team were amazing. What should have been a simple sale with a single chain for us became a nightmare ; Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure we got there and were able to purchase our dream home. Prosecco, ice and a fabulous hamper were left as a house warming gift.
Toby the assistant site agent is due tomorrow to go through snags.
First time in a new build and I love it. 💕

Can not speak more highly of Mulberry Homes at Manor Heath. From the get-go they were so helpful and really took the time to understand what it was that we wanted, and our budget, and they did absolutely everything in their power to make all of that a reality for us. They have supported us every step of the way - always had such amazing communications with us and have always been so reassuring for what is quite a huge milestone in our lives! We are now living in our dream home, in our dream location, and we are still receiving amazing communications and aftercare with the team for if/when we ever have any questions or need anything.
They are always so willing to make everything perfect for you and really take the time to look after you properly - nothing is too much trouble for them. My partner and I are so happy, both with our beautiful home and with the team at Mulberry Homes, Manor Heath.
10/10 would recommend Mulberry Homes to anyone and everyone! We can’t thank them enough for everything that they have done and continue to do for us!
(To be even more specific - it has been the lovely Faye at Manor Heath looking after us from day 1. Honestly one of the nicest people we have had the pleasure of meeting. If you're lucky enough to meet Faye, we can guarantee she will go above and beyond for you!)

"Terrible aftercare"
We have experienced awful service and aftercare at the Brunswick Gate development. Whilst the teams are on-site they seem to be able to fix any snags, but as soon as they leave then the literally leave a huge mess. Literally.
We have lived in this property for almost 2 years, we were one of the last to move in, and the estate road has still not been surfaced - both of our cars have since needed their suspension need repairing - coincidence? The site compound is still here and an eyesore. We have a 'country park' which is full of weeds, almost exclusively dead trees, dead hedging, patchy turfing - the list goes on. I've been in contact with the customer care team since August 2022 and I still do not have any answers to my questions on when these problems will be rectified. I asked about the procedure about logging a formal complaint which has just been totally ignored.
There's a lot of development going on in this area, and when you look at the other developments and how they have been finished and landscaped Mulberry should frankly be embarrassed about how they have left this site.
