"Kingsbury Park - Abbey Home"

After searching for our perfect first home for months we came across the development - we called the show... and within 30 minutes we went to see the houses they had to offer! Leisa was very welcoming and helpful which was a breath of fresh air after having dealt with some particularly difficult estate agents!

I would like to make a special mention for Steve Kelly and Richard King, the site managers. When we moved in they did the most to ensure we had a seamless move and were on hand to help with every query we had from offering to get rid of our piles of boxes to helping paint over little 'move in' scratches! Even after moving they were extremely helpful when it came to getting things sorted.

We have very much enjoyed our time in our Mulberry Home and will definitely look to buy our next home with them in the future!

"MANOR HEATH"

We had been looking to move for sometime and had a bad experience with another new build company. We liked the design of the Mulberry development and felt like we had an instant rapport with Faye.

We found agreeing purchase and the reservation process pretty straight forward.

Faye and Mulberry knew we'd had a sour experience before with another company. Unfortunately our purchase was not to be without drama. The bottom of our chain withdrew at the 11th hour which meant our buyer had to find a new buyer along with us. It was a blow and we felt like moving was juts not meant to be.

Faye was a star and Mulberry were extremely supportive. We were still licking our wounds when we found a new buyer. Buying / Selling is extremely stressful but to be fair none of those issues came from Mulberry.

Amanda who oversaw our purchase and chain was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall I found Mulberry very straight up to deal with and we are now in a house I never thought we could dream of owning but it is ours.

Its a lovely home, well designed and unlike other new builds the finishes are much better quality (Trust me we ended up viewing alot of houses on our journey).

"Felsted Gate"

Our experience over the past few weeks since first visiting this site and selecting a plot has been incredibly positive. Dealing with Anita has been an absolute pleasure, we feel she really cares about her home purchasers. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and this has made us more certain that we have chosen the right house by the right developer. We are looking forward to continuing our journey buying our new home and to becoming part of the Felsted Gate community.

"Mulberry Houlton - Thank you"

I’ve recently reserved a property at Mulberry Homes Houlton. I have to say Donna must have been fed up seeing my face constantly and answering all my questions, but she always does it with a smile on her face and is very helpful. She was a big part of the reason I chose Mulberry.
You get the chance to personalise your home with Mulberry at Houlton which has been fantastic, what an idea. I did spend a lot of time with Faye going through it all bless her, very patient and accommodating.
Then today going through the checklist, Donna again was very informative and answered all my questions, she is a gem. Thank you.
I’m hoping the next few months go as smoothly so I can look forward to moving into my new Mulberry Home.

We completed on our mulberry home and moved in a week ago, moving from Hertfordshire, which was quite stressful being so far from the site, however Leisa was brilliant throughout the whole process, keeping us informed on the progress of the build, answered any questions we had and was very professional and accommodating whenever we wanted to visit our property even if it was at short notice.

Once we got the keys there are snagging issues with the property and garage of which Steve Kelly and Richard King have been instrumental in resolving the issues we have mentioned so far. We are still moving in and unpacking and haven’t had time yet to completely check over the property, Steve has given us his number so we are able to contact him with any issues that arise, Steve helped us get our washing machine connected when we arrived, which we are very grateful to him for.

We have finally completed on our mulberry home on Kingsbury Park after quite a few time delays. Leisa kept us informed during this time and was very professional and accommodating during the whole process.
Once we got the keys there have been a few snagging issues with the property which Steve Kelly and Richard King have been instrumental in resolving. Steve especially has been very understanding and going above and beyond to ensure our new home is perfect for us.

"Ravensden Park"

We have recently moved into Ravensden Park and we couldn’t be more happy, house is amazing and a huge thank you to Helen Smith who has been nothing but brilliant throughout, myself and my wife have never brought a new build before and she has been our guiding hand from start to move in and continues to check all is well. Also thank you to Faye, Charlotte, Craig, Brad and all of the builders on site very friendly, helpful and we cannot wait to see how the development grows over the coming years. "Mulberry meet Santa event for residents"

We are really pleased with our new Mulberry home at Manor Heath. Mulberry, is a smaller developer, but has a big heart, and is very community spirited, they go beyond just building homes. Last weekend everyone on the development was invited to ‘meet Santa’ with mulled wine or hot chocolate and mince pies, a fabulous event to get to know neighbours, and a terrific turnout! something you will not find with the larger impersonal developers. Many thanks to Faye for always going above and beyond and organising such a fab event for us all!!

We had a wonderful time meeting neighbours, having a mulled wine & mince pie, all whilst the children (& dogs!) got to meet the main man himself! Thanks so much again!

We moved into our house at Manor Grange nearly a year ago. We were helped significantly by Faye during the buying process - she kept in constant touch and did everything she could to keep our chain moving. I'm not sure we would be living here today if it wasn't for her! Greg has also been brilliant at promptly resolving any snagging issues once we had moved in. The team hosted a Christmas event yesterday with mulled wine, mince pies and Santa. It was a lovely gesture and provided an opportunity for us to chat with neighbours who we hadn't met before.
