We have just bought a new home with Mulberry at Kingsbury Park, Lutterworth. Leisa, the sales manager, was lovely and really helpful through the entire process. Richard, the site manager, and Steve / George, the assistant site managers, have been great since moving in. Only a couple of small snags to fix, which they were on immediately. Really pleased with our home and the experience Mulberry have provided us. We would recommend them if you’re looking for a new build either Houlton or the last few houses at Kingsbury Park!

We have recently moved into our new home at the Felsted Gate development and we wanted to show our appreciation to all the Mulberry team that have helped make this happen.
Specifically we want to thank Anita Fincham for her assistance from day one, helping us achieve the design and style of new home we hoped for after many calls and meetings, always dealing with us positively, managing our expectations politely and always remaining cheerful under pressure.
Also Chris McNally, our site manager, has been so helpful from the moment we met him.
He has patiently dealt with changes, queries and problems as the build progressed and is doing the same helping to ensure we are happy now we are the first homeowners on this site dealing with snags as they materialise in the early days of occupation.
We also appreciate that we have been able to suggest changes, give feedback and debate ideas that may be of benefit to ourselves as well as future homeowners that the team genuinely want to hear (we think!).
All the Mulberry team members (too many to name) we have dealt with have been super helpful and take great pride in their work and the end result is reflected in the standard of home they produce in our experience so far.

"Dissatisfied, Disappointed and Distressed "
Awful company. Moved in to our house just over two years ago and hired a professional snagging company who identified over 200 faults, quite a few of which were major. Faults included multiple walls out of alignment, incorrect items fitted against what was requested, nails sticking out and a nail straight through a water pipe that caused flooding and structural damage to our ceiling. Two years later and still not all snags have been resolved. We've given up. The problem is Mulberry sub-contract out the building work to tradesman that don't care. For example our kitchen cupboards can't be straight because our kitchen walls are not straight. The estate has a sign that states "no construction vehicles" but this is currently being ignored leaving increasing amounts of mud on the roads of occupied houses on a daily basis. If you complain they promise to send a street sweeper round but the sweeper vehicle just dilutes the dirt with the smallest amount of water I've ever seen, leaving muddy puddles in the place of piles of dirt. We were promised a dream home but the sales team and honestly it's been nothing but stress, upset and disappointment. Talking to other residents there are numerous talk of leaks, flooded gardens with inadequate drainage and shambolic painting. I honestly don't understand anyone being satisfied with a Mulberry home, I think satisfied customers must have either got very lucky, be bogus reviews or are not looking closely at their property. Try to remember please this would likely be one of the most costly purchases you ever make. Ask yourself would you accept a brand new car with so many faults? I notice many of the genuine reviews are hidden by positive reviews for fun days and events. It's a real pity Mulberry don't put any money into quality control and ensuring a home is acceptable in the first instance. I look forward to reading Mulberry homes copy-pasted auto response which will no doubt either accuse me of not being a resident (Kingsbury Park, Lutterworth) or that they will look into my comments. You've had more than enough time to resolve issues but have chosen a path of evade, ignore and delay, hence my honest review.

We have recently moved into the Kingsbury Park development in Lutterworth. From the beginning we have been extremely impressed with the service and attention to detail provided by Mulberry. Leisa in the sales office was particularly helpful and responsive to our queries, questions and requests, we really appreciated her dedication throughout the process. We were impressed with the welcome and attention to detail on moving day and were made to feel very special. Since moving in, Site Manager Steve Kelly, has been extremely helpful and always available to help with any issues and deal with the snags. Throughout the process to date we have been impressed with the level of service and communication. Definitely recommend Mulberry.
