Faye was always on hand to respond to my questions and guided me through the process clearly and patiently. Karen was always attentive and helped in designing the wardrobes.

We have recently moved in to our new Mulberry home in Braintree and could not be happier! From the moment we walked into the marketing suite in January, we have received nothing but excellent customer service. Caroline especially has been outstanding and we could not have asked to be made feel more welcome! No ask is too big or question is too small for her, she replies promptly to all our queries and is extremely knowledgeable about the site and the homes.
We have been impressed with the quality of the build compared to other new builds we have seen and have been more than satisfied with the care we have received after moving in.
Overall, it's been a wonderful experience buying our first home with Mulberry so thank you very much!

"Most amazing New build developer and customer service! "

We recently bought a house from Mulberry homes Houlton and it’s one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We didn’t expect such outstanding quality based on other developments in the area but we were blown away by the build quality and excellent customer service. Faye and Karen from the Houlton marketing suite have especially made the process very smooth and as stress free as possible. We’ve been through a house purchase in the past but we didn’t get half as much support and care as we did from Faye and Karen. We’ve been in our new home for nearly a month and we still can’t get over how amazing our house is and how much thought was put into it. The ladies at the marketing suite are so thoughtful and they have truly made the experience a lovely and unforgettable one. I would definitely recommend mulberry homes in Houlton to anyone looking for great quality new build homes and excellent customer service. I would do it all over again if I had to. "Big shout out to Elle and the Mulberry…"

Big shout out to Elle and the Mulberry Team. We needed their help after we had noticed cracked tiles both out bathrooms. Gavin duly arrived after his initial call with the replacement tiles and proceeded to remove the offending tiles and rectify the previous fitment. Not only did Gavin sort the first bathroom whilst in site he then ordered the replacement tiles for the other bathroom. His can do attitude including sorting some doors that were sticking which we was going to sort ourselves was a pleasant surprise too.

Honestly this has been the most pleasant developer we have worked with so far. We had Faye and Karen helping us all through the process from reservation to completion was a smooth and exceptional experience. Even the home we bought was made with love, care for the customer and to the highest standards. I would 100 percent recommend mulberry to everyone that cares to hear. They are 10/10 in customer service and duty of care.

"Felsted Gate move in experince"

We moved into our new Mulberry home on the 27th March and this arguably would not have happened had it not been for the first class efforts of Anita our Sales Manager who doggedly chased the chain of solicitors and estate agents to make the exchange and completion happen on time. She was a delight to deal with throughout the purchase process and always proactive with delivery. Since moving in Chris the Site Construction Manager has been absolutely brilliant addressing any of the minor snags in a prompt manner and going above and beyond to make sure our new house is exactly as we hoped it would be. Our overall experience of Mulberry has been that of a professional and committed company delivering excellent quality new homes.

Caroline Gardner, the sales advisor was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and her help and guidance was invaluable. She kept me updated at every turn and her friendly manner made the whole experience straightforward, pleasant, enjoyable and informative. The site manager Matt and Ash have also been very helpful assisting with snags and demonstrating how everything works.

We had a great experience with Mulberry! The houses are beautiful and built to a high standard, the estate itself is great, not too many houses and nicely spaced apart with a lovely cottage look to them.
Can't sing Amanda Wright's (Post Sales Manager) praises enough, she was the driving force for exchanging and completing when we did!
We had a gorgeous hamper when we moved in which was a lovely touch on such a stressful day!
We've been here 3 weeks now and only had very minor snagging which they recoded on the 7 day check-in they did with us and completed within the week.
Enjoying the house, so glad we went with Mulberry!

"Houlton site"

It has now been nearly 2 month since we moved into our new Mulberry home property in Houlton. We went through the purchase with Donna, who is no longer on our site. Donna was very supportive with the sale of our home as we went through Mulberry’s Help to sell scheme. The sell of previous home was a breeze handled well by the team at Move +, special thanks to Jamie who really supported our buyers although they were a nightmare to deal with.
Once the sale over we moved to our purchase at Houlton. All went smoothly up to move in date, Donna was patiente with us while we were making our choices and spent several hours with us going through everything. On move in date we were greated by the site team (site manager and Faye who has now taken over from Donna) a beautiful hamper of goodies and lots of little attentions in the house.
The quality of the built is outstanding. The only issues we had so far is a noisy fridge and a faulty boiler, none of which is Mulberry homes’ responsibility.
The after care customer service so far has not been extremely helpful with us for that issue however the on site team couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing is too much for them.
Our house feels well designed, well crafted and the finished product is outstanding.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mulberry homes for anyone looking to purchase a new built. I am so glad we went with them rather than one of the big companies out there from which I would worry they are only a money making company. With Mulberry homes you feel that you are buying from a smaller company, less known that will go the extra mile for their customers.
