"Zero star if i could"

Zero star if i could. Had a property reserved, paid for, 10k of extras paid for, all contracts in and signed....we went to an open day and everyone was acting wierd....on the monday after we get a call saying they are pulling out and putting the price up 30k!!! At that point she advised our 10k in extras was non refundable. We then find out the re advertises our plot 8 days before telling us. Absolute snakes. Avoid at any cost..we are still out of pocket

"Middleton cheney Development "

We have been negotiating with Liz at the Middleton cheney development for a number of weeks now and we wanted to leave a review because she has been absolutely fantastic, a real homely, motherly figure to negotiate with, having great knowledge of the build and development itself completely sold it to us.

Unfortunately due to the amount of push backs from Mulberry Homes considering we were paying full asking price for a plot, has swayed us away from the plot we wanted and development as a whole. This the only reason for 3 stars.

Nevertheless, a fantastic development and top notch sales exec in Liz. Look after her…

"First Home @ Mulberry Houlton"

It was a wonderful journey buying our first house in Houlton. It started with just an enquiry visit to Mulberry home. Karen and Faye @ the sales office were fantastic and very supportive – they went above and beyond during the entire process to ensure we have our new home. We made several visits to the home, Karen answered all our questions, supported us when selecting our choices. The quality of the home is top notch, great attention to details and the level of customer service is out of this world. Without Karen and Faye’s support, buying our Mulberry Home wouldn’t have been possible.

*** For anyone considering a buying a home in #Houlton, don’t! take the decision yet without talking to Karen & Faye @ Mulberry Home. They are the 'secret', and you won’t regret it.

From start to finish I can't rate the team at Kingsbury Park highly enough especially Steve Kelly & Matt James. Nothing is too much trouble & their attention to detail is second to none. They have been superb super quick to respond, nothing to big or too small a big thank you in making the process so easy. "From the very beginning, Mulbery have been brilliant"

From the very beginning, everyone at Mulberry Homes have been understanding, kind, professional, helpful and supportive. We fell in love with a particular house design but the purchase was fraught because of the solicitor on the other side, but all the contacts at Mulberry plus the solicitor they recommended (Key Conveyancing, Mukate Zimba) were brilliant.
Their houses are so thoughtfully designed, and with things that would be extras with other builders, simple things like outside taps, really big patios, light and power in the garage, a light in the loft, and the finish is excellent. We’ve been in for 5 weeks now, and it still feels like a dream. Yes there was a snagging list, but everything was done, nothing was treated as trivial. The site manager and team are just so nice! If you have to have contractors come in to do the bits and pieces that need doing, I want to feel comfortable that they are there, and I did (and do). Big shout outs to Helen in the Marketing Suite who was so helpful and supportive, including when I was in tears because I thought it wouldn’t work out (it took 10 months to sell our house) and also when it did, and on moving in day. To Brad and Alfie, Site Manager and Assistant Manager, to Mark the wing man 😁 and to Jonas the fixer upper (all my terminology!) and to all the guys who I’ve never met who laboured to build the house and present us with a home. Yes I know I’m gushing, but I just love the house, and the whole Mulberry experience. ❤️❤️

Maybe one thing to add, apparently there is an app no out of hours contact number which I know was requested to be provided to me in September that I haven’t got yet. I’ve seen the customer service reviews, and as I’m now released from the site having had my 7 day snagging list signed off, I can’t comment on the after service as I don’t have any way to contact them yet, although I do have some newly found things I want to bring up with them.

I have had the pleasure of being supported by Karen at the Houlton office, who has been magnificent in supporting me through the purchase of a Mulberry home at Houlton. Karen has gone above and beyond to support me and I can’t thank her, Faye and the team enough!
It was the service and support that made the decision to buy a mulberry home an easy one. I was considering a property with another builder at the time, but the service was appalling and I would encourage anyone thinking about a move to Houlton to give Karen and the team a visit. You won’t regret it!!!
