"Our new house experience at Kelvedon Rise"

We moved into our new home at the Kelvedon development in March 2025 and we are over the moon with it. We heard horror stories about new builds but after seeing the build quality of the show home we put our trust into Mulberry homes. Francesca Fincham has been fantastic from start to finish, very knowledgeable and answered most questions we had or managed to get the answer shortly after. We have a short list of snags, that are in the process of getting sorted now. Thank you Francesca and Mulberry homes!

It has been a total pleasure buying a new home from Mulberry homes. Elizabeth delivered a five star service throughout the process and displayed unwavering patience as I made the various choices for the kitchen, bathrooms and other extras. Her reassurance and kind words throughout the process were much appreciated. The house itself is beautifully finished and presented, with outstanding attention to detail. Today I moved in and I have been so impressed by the kindness and service offered by the site staff, Matt James and Steve Kelly. Nothing has been too much to ask for. I want to say a special thank you to Karen, Faye from Mulberry and Kate from Band Hatton Button Solicitors, for working so diligently to get me through to exchange and completion. We had a very long, complicated chain and Kate and the girls at Mulberry went above and beyond.

he initial service we experienced with Faye & Karen was great, can’t fault them. They were professional, knowledgeable of the process and always happy to help us & answer any further questions.
We’ve been in the house for just over a year now & still have outstanding snags. We appreciate that a new build property comes with these, however with many layers of miscommunication throughout, this has meant our list remains unresolved. In addition to that, their response to these issues has been wholly unprofessional. Some instances have demonstrated that the property shouldn’t have been signed off, let alone handed over to ourselves a few even causing safety concerns.

Our overall experience has been disappointing & tainted by these issues, lack of consideration & care for the customer.

I personally can't fault the service and experience i had with Mulberry homes at The Grange, from the first moment Anne was brilliant and extra helpful and then Graham who helped us through the process. People will have different experiences but we had an easy time with all the aspects and the site manager Greg always went out of his way to explain and help. Its only day 3 in our Mulberry home and we are happy as can be after a stressful move (not mulberrys fault).

I recently purchased a new build with mulberry homes, and I can confidently say that the experience was outstanding. From the very first interaction, Faye and Karen were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire process feel smooth and enjoyable.

They took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had, which really put my mind at ease. The communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates on the progress of the build and any necessary paperwork.

I just wanted to take the time out to write this review as Jodie from the site sales team was superb, nothing was too much trouble, she was professional and simply gave the best service from any company we have recently dealt with.

From all the new homes we have seen, I would purchase from Jodie in a heartbeat.

Honestly we were so impressed with the level of service we received I felt I wanted to recognise this as far too often this is taken for granted hence this review!
