The sales staff at Felsted Gate particularly Anita and Paddy are excellent. They absolutely support your buying of your chosen house from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent service! Even though we moved into our beautiful home four months ago they still provide excellent customer care and Chris site manager is excellent and professional, He can be approached with any queries you have about your new home and will help. Ash the project manager was also hands on and checking everything was ok for us! Excellent service. No wonder he has been promoted to Site Manager in another Mulberry site. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris or Ash when he was here. Tom his replacement is very hands on and helpful too. Our home has been built with diligence and care and we love it here. "Mulberry Homes- Ravensden"

From the moment we 1st visited the sight, my wife and I fell in love with this location. The attention to detail was really nice to see and very well thought of. Want to give a shout out to Helen, Victoria and Rabia who stayed on job throughout and really really looked after us. They allowed us to drop in and have a look at our plot so many times, they were so patient. They made sure all extras were taken care of in a timely fashion, they always kept us updated. It even felt like home before we reserved. They successfully sold us the dream and I’m glad they did. When we had to withdraw from our first buyers we thought we’d loose our dream home but the team gave us reassurance that it will all work out. Beginning of February we completed and the service and customer care is still amazing. From my family to yours, thank you Mulberry Homes.

Great after care experience from site managers Matt James and Steve Kelly in dealing with any issues that we’ve had. Friendly, helpful and easy to approach getting staff on site to look at problems quickly.

We’ve had a range of sales staff initially Leisa and Sally who were good then a chaotic number of replacements which made communication difficult but finally Louise who was supportive and answered all our questions.

"Houlton"

Faye and Karen at Houlton have been fantastic - from when we first had a look around the show home, all the way through to reserving. I have viewed a lot of show homes, but Faye and Karen are the friendliest sales advisors I’ve met. As first time buyers we have had a lot of questions, but Faye and Karen have taken the time to answer them all. They have been very transparent about the costs associated with buying a Mulberry home; have pushed for us to get the best deal; and gave us the space to decide whether to go ahead and reserve.

"Felsted Gate"

We moved in to our beautiful new home at Felsted Gate at the end of November 2024. The whole experience has been amazing. From reserving to moving in we have been absolutely delighted with how we have been treated.
The sales team, Anita and Paddy have been so helpful and patient throughout. I don’t think we were the easiest customers when it came down to all our choices but they tried really hard to accommodate us wherever they could. They were so friendly making the process that much easier.
The house itself has been very well built with great attention to detail.
Chris overseeing everything is a jewel in the crown for this development. He works so hard to make everything perfect.
Now we are in, the aftercare is proving just as efficient. There are always a few snags but they are being dealt with in a professional manner.
This is a lovely development. Well laid out. Spacious plots and beautiful rural views.

We moved into our New Mulberry Home at Kingsbury Park in November 2024.
From our first visit to the development to completion date Sally kept us updated & dealt with any queries we had regarding our future new home.
After we moved in, this level of customer care continued by the excellent site team (Steve Kelly & Matt James) who have dealt with any issues we have had very promptly & their communication has been excellent. We are very happy in our new home & would like to say Thankyou to all the team at Kingsbury Park .

What a wonderful experience with the Houlton office, who helped me through every step of purchasing my new home. Faye and Karen are true professionals and were always able to answer any query. But more than that, they give you the space you need to make decisions along the way. "Felsted Gate —- beautiful site , quality spacious houses and excellent Mullberry Homes staff "

We moved into a Mulberry Homes Felsted Gate new build August 2024 and we are delighted that we moved here. What attracted us initially to the site was the lovely parkland area which was being retained in front of the houses . The houses themselves are well spaced with large garages and plenty of parking spaces on the driveway ( unlike lots of other new developments we looked at ) . The build quality seems top class and with German Laufen sanitary fitting in the bathrooms and everywhere has been finished to a very high standard . Outside the whole area is beautifully landscaped and the gardens are laid out with lots of evergreen shrubs ,lovely paving slabs and solid fencing high enough to give a degree of privacy . Heating is by an air sourced heat pump with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs ——controls take a bit of getting used to but in the recent cold spell it has kept the house nice and cosy—- although it would be wise to have an auxiliary electric fire in the TV room as a back up for very cold nights . As regards heating costs —- we haven’t been here long enough to judge it accurately .
We have nothing but praise for all the Mulberry staff .Anita Fincham the sales manager is absolutely brilliant —very helpful ,very competent and not too pushy . Her charming assistant Paddi is also great.
The builders themselves are all very polite and helpful .
The site manager Chris and his assistant Ashley are first class. Chris especially is so dedicated ,takes pride in the workmanship of the site and is always prepared to go the extra mile to help out . One Friday night after the builders had left the site our house developed a minor plumbing problem which we were worried about because we were going away early morning next day . We texted Chris who had just sat down for his evening meal but bless him he came out and sorted out the problem about half and hour later.
