"Houlton experience"

We reserved our Mulberry property in Houlton in summer 2024 and exchanged in October 2024, the process and experience with Karen and Faye during this part of the house buying was professional and seamless. Post exchanging, their service continued, as first time buyers it was quite a daunting process but Karen and Faye offered great advice and held our hands throughout the journey. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Post moving in, in February 2025, we’d like to give some recognition to the on site Mulberry team; Mark, George and Julian. We had some minor snagging issues in which the site team have dealt with extremely efficiently. Their communication with us has been consistent and professional.

"Banbury March 2025 - Mulberry were excellent"

We moved into our new home in March 2025 and we couldn’t be happier. Mulberry bent over backwards to make sure the place was ready in time for our arrival (which was fast, as well) and that our move process was as smooth as could be. Elizabeth in the sales office was a wonderful contact and super helpful in arranging things just-so. The house itself is wonderful, and while the rest of the estate is still under construction it is shaping up to be a great place to live already. I can see us staying here, very happily, for a very long time and a lot of that is down to Mulberry and their professionalism and quality.
