From the outset all of our dealings with the team at Kingsbury Park, Lutterworth has been exceptional and we are absolutely delighted with our brand new Mulberry home. Our Sales Executive Sally has been undeniably fabulous, her warm engaging manner, attention to detail and innate professionalism has really made the whole customer experience exceptional. We have felt truly valued customers throughout.... nothing has been too much trouble and post occupation the Assistant Site Manager Steve has been an absolute delight - so kind and genuinely helpful in every respect. My husband and I (plus cocker spaniel) are thrilled with our new home ... the build team have delivered a wonderful home and the ENTIRE customer experience has been fabulous ... all the team are true ambassadors for Mulberry Homes and my husband and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to deliver your dream home and we know we shall be very happy here ..heartfelt thanks to all!!

"Neighborhood bbq"

Mullberry put together a lovely meet the neighbors bbq and there were refreshements and food for carnivores and vegans alike. We are looking forward to the next Mullberry Houlton event!

It was really nice to meet the neighbors and visit with the staff. Faye and Karen really care about all the families here and it shows!

Faye from sales was absolutely amazing, friendly & helpful from start to completion. She went out of her way to help us and would consider her a friend by the time we completed. Unfortunately I have only given 3 stars based on the after care and the Mulberry customer service. The customer service people do not have any people skills and are very unhelpful. We have been in the house for 1 year now and our snagging/warrantee is for 2 years however, new snag items we are finding as we are living in the house are not being rectified because customer care seems to think as these issues weren't raised at the start, that it is the customers responsibility to rectify, even though we are still within the 2 years! The whole point of having 2 years is to find snag items as we live in the house. We cant find everything within the first month or even the first year. Very poor from Mulberry. We have had a lot go wrong in this house which we haven't shouted about, and the quality of snagging is also poor. Our neighbours also feel the same about customer care. If it wasn't for Faye, then this would get 1 star!

"The "Mulberry Experience" Felsted Gate"

The "Mulberry Experience" was greatly assisted by Anita and the marketing team. They supported us when we had difficulties selling our previous house, without which we may not have reached the end. Anita also helped us through the many upgrade options, always giving us time to think and consider and always being available. Since moving in Chris and his team on site have been very helpful and proactive in solving issues. They are always professional and friendly, responding quickly. We love the design and finish of our home and look forward to many happy years here.

"Criminally Negligent Company"

On 21st June 2024 at Luton Magistrates Court, Mulberry Property Developments Ltd were found guilty (in absence) of three offences of failing to comply with the requirements of a Breach of Condition Notice relating to the site at School Lane, Roxton.

They were fined £2,500 per offence (the maximum fine at the time of serving the notice) plus a victim surcharge of £2,000. The Council was also awarded its full costs of £5,581.
