I ordered a few items from The Drink Shop. They arrived on time but unfortunately one of the flavour bottles was wrong. Contacted the customer service by email with the photo of the wrong item and they straight away sent the right one. Excelent costumer care and ngood prices too.

No attempted delivery made due to the item being damaged within the courier system.
Emailed to hopefully resolve me getting a replacement, no reply.
Luckily had paid by PayPal, so managed to claim my money back.
To this day, still no response.

Ordered two items to be delivered as gifts - both ordered eleven days before Christmas, with a selected delivery date of the 23rd Dec. Neither had been delivered by close of play on the 23rd, and by then TheDrinkShop had closed for four days (kinda wierd in the e-commerce world). Their first response was “they will be delivered today”, then after a push they apologised as they had clearly missed delivery date. They haven’t even responded to my last email to them.
Little to no point in trusting these individuals with another order - you can buy the same items from plenty of other retailers. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with the over the years but that counts for very little.

Only used twice now but each time the experience was absolutely outstanding!! Seamless ordering and very prompt delivery. No issues - where others frequently fail, DHL has found the address each time. Cannot praise this service enough!
