I recently upgraded to the Pixel 9 Pro, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I unboxed it, the sleek design and premium feel stood out. Performance-wise, the new Tensor chip handles multitasking effortlessly, and the phone stays cool even with intensive use. The camera system is next-level—low-light photos, portraits, and zoomed-in shots all come out with incredible detail and color accuracy. Google’s AI features like Magic Eraser and Call Assist are more refined and useful than ever.

Battery life easily gets me through a full day, and charging is quicker too. Android 15 runs smoothly with thoughtful features and a clean UI.

If you're thinking about upgrading, the Pixel 9 Pro is absolutely worth it. It’s the best Pixel yet and a true flagship experience. The Big Phone Store delivered as promised without any issues, a great phone, brand new and so much cheaper than from Google. Would definitely recommend!

Overall really happy with my experience! Ordered an iPhone 13 Mini on Friday, it was delivered for free Sunday (!) and was very securely packaged. The phone was rated “pristine” and the only signs of use are that the blue colour has been scratched/scraped ever so slightly off around the camera lenses and around the charging port. The battery capacity is an impressive 97%, and the phone works as expected otherwise. For the very competitive price I paid I’m very happy. Do be mindful that other sites will have slightly different grading criteria. For example my partner bought a refurbished iPhone off Music Magpie rated “very good”, and that didn’t have any signs of use at all and was without even the tiniest scratch, however the battery capacity was “only” 85%. So do have a look at The Big Phone Store’s grading criteria before buying to be sure your experience matches your expectations.

Would recommend this company, in a heart beat! I had not checked my delivery address before payment and as soon as I realised it was incorrect I contacted them on WhatsApp to see if I could change address. They informed me due to security they were unable to do so and the only option was to cancel. Which I did and within the hour my order was cancelled and payment was returned ( I was aware it can take 3-5 working days) but the quickness of the staff made it possible for me to re-order with the correct address.
