"Disappointment "

Bought a car in February which unfortunately I didn’t get in with So went to sell it. Garage did a check on it and offered half the price I’d paid as it came up as previously a hire car. I was never told and would not have purchased it. Motorpoint reason was it’s in the terms and conditions. I feel disappointed that I was naive in thinking that I would have been told this information at the point of sale

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SUPPLY YOU WITH…"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY SUPPLY YOU WITH FAULTY CARS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN SERVICED AND THEY DON’T CHECK EITHER. THERE CUSTOMER CARE IS SHOCKING A BIG FAT 0 ONCE 6 MONTHS HAVE PASSED THEY DON’T WANT TO KNOW YOU. YET GO ONLINE TO CARS MANUFACTURES SERVICE HISTORY AND BINGO ITS THERE IN BLACK AMD WHITE THAT THE CAR HAS NEVER HAD A MAJOR SEVICE 422 DAYS OVERDUE. HAVEN'T OWNED THE CAR FOR THAT LONG!!!! SHAME ON YOU MOTORPOINT ALL YOU DID WAS TAKE THE CAR OFF THE TRANSPORTER AND PUT IT ON YOUR SHOP FLOOR WITHOUT CHECKING IT. I KNOW YOU WERE SUPPLIED WITH FAULTY CARS LAST YEAR SO PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING YOU STAFF MEMBER TOLD ME DURING MORE THAN ONE CALL.

"Absolutely brilliant"

Absolutely brilliant! Went to Motorpoint Norwich without a clue what we wanted. Was greeted by Dave who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went away to think about the car we had test drove.
We returned today to make a purchase. We were served by Tom who was outstanding. Really friendly and not pushy at all. We left with a car we are really happy with.

The whole team at Motorpoint Norwich were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely use them again. Thank you 😁

"Mis-sold PCP agreement and conned!"

I purchased my Peugeot 3008 two years ago under a PCP when i have only ever had HP previously. I was widely misinformed and misled on what this agreement was and how it worked.

I traded in a car for £5k and this was used as "credit" towards the monthly payments of my car valued at £24k. Despite paying the past 2 years and using well under the 12,000 miles allowance i set, i have been told i am now in negative equity and they value the car at £14,331 (9k depreciation) because "it was a weird time to buy cars". If i wanted to change it or let it run to the end of the remaining 2 years i could give the car back and have £0 deposit towards a new one. Not what i was advised whatsoever when i took the agreement.

I have basically overpaid £9k for a car and they have had my old car and expect me to feel like a valued customer! I was guaranteed I would at least be given back the amount of what my old car would be worth which I have been told today is not the case. Mis-sold, explained in language to just get a sale and conned!

I will never use this company and will be reporting them for outright lies and misleading information when they pushed me to go for PCP finance rather than the hire purchase option I kept asking about.

Also 2 years of MOT's and it has failed both! I have done under 10k each year! Terrible

No one has reached out as per there comment and my request for freedom of information has been ignored.

"Excellent service "

Came in to browse with my family on a Saturday morning, Matt was great, very knowledgeable and not to pushy, he let us explore the range ourselves, getting the keys for ones I liked the look of. Ended up test driving one that morning, and taking it away that afternoon. Very very happy with the service received from both Matt and Tom. Had the car almost 2 weeks now and I love it

"I was wrongly charged £250 for not…"

I was wrongly charged £250 for not giving a V5 form on my part exchange vehicle and was subsequently fine £100 for not insuring a vehicle by the DVLA as you never registered the vehicle. It took me 9 visits to the Birtley depot to get reimbursed. I was treated atrociously .

"VERY DISAPPOINTED "

Very disappointed with Motorpoint Chingford after an initial positive experience. The car we have purchased have bought has been sold to us with the air-conditioning not working. We are doing all the running around making appointments at Kwik Fit, now got to go to Ford, losing a day's wage as cannot get to work and no courtesy car provided.

Air conditioning should of been checked before sale, was not looked at at the service after requesting an inspection. They were wrong to sell us this car with a fault. Poor customer service from CS manager Vas ..no help at all with this issue.
Would think twice about buying another car from here again.
