I ordered 3 cases of Bavarian Bread. One of the cases was just past the "best by" date. I contacted customer service, was immediately given a choice of refund or replacement (which I chose), and a satisfactory replacement item was promptly shipped at no cost. I will certainly continue to do business with this responsive company!

3 separate times my order was damaged once UPS got it in their network.

Customer service was helpful but this is not sustainable. I will not be shopping here again if UPS is bringing me my package.
