Generally I don't write reviews for products, but I believe this product is worth it. First let me start by saying there's no kickback or discount for this review, this is just my opinion. I purchased the Career Confidence Package (well worth the money) and could have not been more pleased about the buy.

The person assigned to help with this process was (Marcus A) and he was worth every penny. Any edits needed, any questions needed answering, any suggestions he recommended, he was there with a fast response time. If you want to beat the competition and land the job, invest in yourself and let professionals help with the process. I will definitely use this service again. Good luck out there.

Total Fail! It cost me $220. They wrote my resume, and it was inaccurate, so I had to ask them to write it again, and they did. I sent it to 50+ openings and not one response. For the price they said they would send it to over 3000 openings every other month, no response at all. I ran the resume through several online ATS, and it failed each one. It was reviewed by FlexJobs (I already paid for it), and they pointed out a lot of major flaws.
Don't waste your money!

After receiving an initial free critique of my resume, I decided to go with Top Resume because of the type of feedback, and because of the 48 hour turn around time for initial draft. There were several job opportunities that I wanted to put my best foot forward, so I paid extra for this service to ensure I had a polished resume for these opportunities. The delivery date of 4/9/25 for my initial draft has come and gone. I have been trying to contact my writer and customer support for two days to provide me with an updated timeline and refund for the service I paid for (that was not delivered). I have heard nothing from anyone from the company. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional from a company that claims to provide professional services. I do not recommend this company. "Be careful - ALL AI generated resume"

I was in need of a resume refresh and since it had been a bit, I enlisted TopResume based on positive reviews. Once the initial (final) rewrite of my resume, I exclusively used this version. My callbacks went from 3-4 a week to a solid zero. TopResume will provide a free rewrite after 60 days if you're not getting the results one would expect. I utilized the rewrite and the rewrite was worse than the original.
I requested another rewrite where I could actual work with a writer and was constantly told that my resume was written to 'industry standards', which standards that was never provided.
I took both resumes and my original and had them peer reviewed by individuals not in my industry, but with long enough titles to give me candid feedback. The only resume with kudos was my original. Neither of the TopResume versions would have gone much further than the trash bin, is what I was told.
