I have used WLR many times over the years when I’ve fell off the healthy eating wagon! I find it the website easy to use and very motivational. If you stick to the guidelines it works, for everyone!! Not a faddy diet, but information on calories and nutritional values. Lots of info to keep you on track, great encouragement from message boards and challenges to to help you get to the weight you want to be and to stay there! No food is off limits and you can do as much or as little exercise as you are able. Love that I can gain extra calories by just walking the dog! The help team are there to answer questions if you are unsure about anything. There is so much information on the website to help you along, the visual aids make it easy and fun 🤩 simply the best site to help you control your weight, get fitter and stronger and to help you believe that it’s possible to become the best version of you that you can be!

Thank you to the WLR team who are always ready to help. As a newbie and not IT literate the wonderful web site can be daunting. The Team are there to help. Plus all the lovely people who are also members. Ready and willing to help, advise, suggest ways that can give me and others confidence to carry on. Mobility is one of my problems so travelling to face to face groups is not an option. I can enter my daily food and the website converts my information into calories consumed. I am in to my 7th week therefore I still have more searching to do. Gratitude to everyone who helped put together the website. Thank you all. Keep safe Heather 1939

"Best Weight Loss Programme"
I find WLR easy to follow with achievable results, It offers several different diet plans to follow, and advice on exercise. I find it easier than other weighr loss clubs or programmes, this is based on calories in versus calories out. You don't need special foods or to buy differnet diet cook books. There is a fantastic database of recipes you can access. The cook book that came with my membership is full of family friendly recipes to follow, even my OH coented that everything I have cooked using their recipes has been delicious. All recipes just need easy to obtain ingredients, unlike another low calories recipe book I have which needed some esoteric ingredients not easy to find. The helpline is excellent and there are lots of different forus you can join to chat to other members.

This is a very good diet as you can eat what you want sensibly as long as you stay within you Calorie allowance. I have lost a stone in 2 months...! I am so pumped.

Using WLR has been one of the best things I have ever done. It is simple and quick to navigate and I have never felt deprived of certain foods as nothing is banned. I would highly recommend WLR as in the past I have done the usual slimming clubs but WLR is more sustainable and just makes sense.
