I bought a digital piano from Kenny's in Glasgow last week. The guy was outrageously helpful, yet mild-mannered and not at all pushy. I brought my partner in for a second opinion on the piano. She suggested a few alternatives but the chap demonstrated why he suggested the one he did and talked us out of something way out of our league. There was no pushy selling and that's what made me go back. When he demonstrated the piano we were looking at, he made the thing talk. It was mind-blowing! Will be back for sure.

"Amazing Customer Service"
I've just completed purchase of a used Marshall JCM 2000 amplifier, an amp known for reliability issues and seemingly endless design revisions during its production run. Knowing what was actually inside this 20 year plus old amplifier was therefore of great importance to me and Drew at Kenny's was so helpful with this, providing pictures of the circuit boards and organising the amp to be delivered to my nearest store for collection. I'm very happy, something that probably can't be said about my neighbours once I crank this thing up. 🤘😈🤘

"We were looking for a digital keyboard…"
We were looking for a digital keyboard for my 13 yo granddaughter, something around which we have little or no knowledge. The Sales Advisor (Ramsay Clark) was exceptionally helpful, had a very detailed knowledge of their product range and what might meet our requirements. After giving us a detailed explanation and answering our questions he gave us time and space to make our decision. An excellent all round experience.

Where do I start? The entire team over the past few months have been exceptional, patient and incredibly understanding to my personal situation in order to help get a very specific guitar to me.
Special mention to Ramsey who spent so much time on the phone to me and emailing to help me finance getting a Suhr Mataus Classic T to me.
And then further more, once I received the guitar from Scotland to Manchester, perfectly transported and promptly sent, I discovered it was infact not the guitar for me after a few days trialing it.
Ramsey put all cogs into action for me to send the guitar back the next day (before i head abroad for a number of shows) so I could collect a full refund.
These guys are the REAL deal and I cannot recommend them enough. Friendly, passionate and incredibly professional! *****

Great customer service - Ross and Drew were very helpful, and responded to my queries quickly - and even anticipated what I actually wanted when I clicked on the wrong item!
Was also impressed by the speed of delivery hundreds of miles away at the bottom of the UK. Will definitely buy from them again.

"Avoid"
I was in Aberdeen for the evening and Kenny’s Music was close to the hotel. I looked on the website as was looking for a Fender Telecaster to try. However I had one of my guitars with me in a gig bag.
As I entered the shop a staff member said he must take my guitar bag from me (store policy or somesuch) whilst I had a look.
There wasn’t anyone to assist while I had a browse. However when I went to leave I had to wait an age to get my own guitar back to leave the store! I don’t know if he was thinking I was going to steal/swap my Les Paul for something cheaper.
No amounts of heavy hints or watch looking could drag them away from chatting.
Go to GuitarGuitar. As I will. Very poor customer service. It irked me that much that had to write a review. I won’t be back.
