Purchase process was super smooth and easy but unfortunately the delivery took more time than I expected. Still, Will at customer service tried to help me and called the delivery company four times and kept me in touch over this situation. I'm really happy with the service but Delivery carriers need to be changed

Prices are good ,service is fine but they always behind the schedule on production.
I am sure they will fix this problem in the future and I will use them again for my projects

There is always something with orders on line(was not in stock) but Robert arranged speedy delivery for my 60 chairs that I picked from inventory they had and got it by the time of my event. Great value for money paid looks like high-quality and are comfortable. Let’s hope they will hold the traffic

From start to finish I was working with Bertila and we were going back and forth until we figure out the best solution to our problem where we had an area with curved wall blocking the view…Not easy..Well we made it worked and it’s clear that Modern Line Furniture knows what they doing

Nice item for a fair price.. Got myself a new Bar unit ..YES!!! Robert was friendly answering all my questions .The units arrived in pieces and it was very hard to put it together ,so I had to call them back and they walked me through the process. It resembles exactly what it looked like on their website. Great value for money!

As I ordered the furnitures for my Club I need to communicate with different people from customer service team. Mark, and Will were there to help with a few issues. I got one table with significant scratch. Of course, we were frustrating, but they ship me another top for free next week and let me keep the damaged one. I wish other suppliers can do the same and not ask to ship damaged items back
