"Exactly what I needed!"

This was one of my easiest buying experiences! I worked with Jennifer C. Cheng and she was awesome! I work for a event production company and I am always buying items for my events. This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with any vendor. She was great on the sales end and the delivery was just the same. Delivery crew called ahead let me know when they would be pulling up and delivered everything flawlessly.

"Excellent"

I had to modify the sectional I wanted to fit in the space. Every person in the process was helpful and patient. We got the sectional sized perfectly. Not only did they help through that were long process but they subtracted the coat of the alterations as it was smaller and honored the sale price after the sale was over. I do not believe they were responsible to do this I had not yet confirmed I would purchase. Customer service like this is rare and greatly appreciated.
