I recently opened a tanning salon and were looking for specific chairs in the color I needed to match my decor. I found this company on line and they ship me a first sample of their chair and when i approve the sample and placed an order for 30 of them they shipped them right away and credit me for the sample and shipping I paid. I really think it was a very good way of showing that they value their customers

"I bought sectional sofa from Modern…"
I bought sectional sofa from Modern Line Furniture in March 2016. They told me that they don't have it that China has to build it. Finally in June 2016 I got it by August 2017 sectional complete ripped on both seats by stitches. I contacted the company in October 2017. They told me that it's been more then 1 year I don't have warranty and that I have to pay for repairs I agree. But I didn't have money I said I can only do it in March 2018. So a week before March I was trying to contact them. They were ignoring me. Until I posted negative comment on Google. The called me back right away and threaten me. Really threatening wow what kind of low trash company are they. Telling me how they don't care about anything that I should just throw the sofas away. Do not shop here stay away from this trash store. I will throw the sofas away for sure. But before I'll do that I'll make sure I'll get my money back for the trash I paid them.

Don’t ever buy from this company unless you see the product yourself . Thor shade list has nothing o do with the actual color of the furniture and when you ask about sample of the color they say they don’t have it . I received my 7 chairs and were different color that what I expected I sent them a message to exchange or return “ their policy says return accepted within 30 days “ someone called Robert replied to my email and said it’s not possible to exchange and was saying BS stuff about how great their product is and I am going to love it !!!! The worse coustomer service ever !!

THE STAFF AT MODERN LINE FURNITURE WERE VERY HELPFUL DURING MY ORDER PROCESS WITH THEM. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY EDUCATED ON THE QUALITY OF FURNITURE I NEEDED AND INSURED HE WOULD CHOOSE QUALITY AND COLOR THAT I WOULD BE PLEASED WITH AND HE DID. I APPRECIATE THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 8 TO 10 WEEKS INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A FALSE EXPECTATION BUT IT WAS TRULY WORTH THE WAIT. AND INSIDE DELIVERY WENT SMOOTH I HEARD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE STEPS. I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN

I hadn't ever ordered from this company, but the experience was great! My furniture arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and without damage. It's beautiful and appears to be durable which is important in a school library. I misplaced a package of bolts, but company sent a replacement right away. Thank you. I will recommend this company to others.
