I had a fantastic experience! The customer service rep that helped me was awesome. When I received the items, 2 of my case zippers were broken, however, within 4 days of calling and letting them know, I had new ones. Very professional. I would buy from here again in a second!

I saw some furniture online that I loved. I was skeptical from ordering online without seeing the furniture. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Bernadskiy and he was the BEST. He answered all of my questions and very informative. He responded quickly to any email I sent him.. the online process was very smooth and just excited to receive my new furniture

The kitchen nook was very disappointing. The backs of the chairs do not lineup. They are all different heights. Also the seating level is very low. Good only if you are a second-grader. I feel like I'm practically sitting on the floor. I will be letting other people know about your product.

To follow up with my last comment, my concern about the height of the dining set was adressed quickly. This set was not meant to be used as a kitchennook. This furniture was meant for livingroom or bar- room use, this I did not know. The director of operations explained this to me and offered to send me (at no expense) legs that would bring this set up to the height appropriatte for a dining room. I am now a very happy girl and cant wait to show my new kitchen off. With a little manipulation the backs of my chairs also match up as well.

Multiple couches were ordered for our customer waiting area on Mon Feb 9th and they were delivered by Wed Feb 11th. They are exactly the look we were going for. They are comfortable, stylish and very well constructed.

The purchasing experience and shipping was good. I had to contact service once and they were very friendly and helpful. Shipping arrived on time and without any problems. Once everything was out of the package and assembeled I was a bit dissapointed with the quality of the product. $850 for a coffee table is something I would consider on the higher tier, but the glass is thin and the foundation flimsy.

The product is exactly what I was hoping for and it was delivered super fast which was great. My only critique would be that the delivery did NOT occur within the promise window. The truck arrived approx. 2hrs later than what was confirmed over the phone with the driver. Not a huge deal, but something worth noting.
