I bought a watch from them on May 5th and have yet to receive it. I’ve reached out multiple times and they will not respond to emails or phone calls. Also, the phone goes straight to voicemail!! Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company!

Buyer beware- I have attempted to buy from them twice and never received the product. Excuses about the watch delayed coming from their “other location” with zero actual information, degrading to no response at all. Had to get my money back via AMEX.

Avoid this company . . . I ordered a watch on their website. After 3 days, I hadn't received any tracking information. After several tries, I finally made contact with a company rep. He claimed processing would be approx. 8-10 days. Once completed, I would receive an email with tracking info. After two full weeks, I tried to contact the company again. Chat function on website seems to never be manned. The 800 number goes straight to voice mail. I left messages via email, chat and voicemail. The company made no attempt to respond. When I looked into cancelling the order, I discovered they charge an 8% cancellation fee, which is ridiculous because their inaction and lack of communication were the reasons I wanted to cancel. I finally called my credit card company. They reversed the charges in full. Save yourself the frustration, and buy from a better company.

"FRAUD! SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE!"
Purchased a watch from them on May 16th. Received an email with the invoice and they also charged my card. However, after almost 3 weeks of no replies after sending out multiple emails and leaving voicemails, I contacted my credit card company and reported it as a fraud. Hopefully it goes thru and I my credit refunded.

"SCAM & FRAUD"
Order placed on 5/5/2023 for an OMEGA. No automated emailed about shipping, no reply to me email, phone on automated message all the time. This company is NOW a SCAM and FRAUD company. I hope to be able to recover my money from my credit card company...

"Beware! This is a scam company now!"
Placed my order on May 13th, got an order confirmation email that says the watch will be shipped out with 3-7 days. No shipping confirmation email whatsoever after 10 days. Tried numerous time with email and never any response. I also called their number and it always went straight to voicemail. Left the message but haven’t gotten any call back. Be careful, they might be legit a year ago but recently something went sideway and people are getting scammed. I will soon contact the loan company Affirm about this issue, and hoping to stop them from charging me.

REPORT YOUR ISSUES to both your state’s attorney general and the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). If anything we can get them reprimanded for what they are doing. I’m going to be submitting as many bad reviews as I can about this company in hopes it’ll somehow get their attention and maybe get us our money back.

"Watchshopping.com stopped replying to all forms of communication"
I ordered a watch from Watchshopping.com almost two months ago at this point and they have completely stopped replying to my emails. They replied when i did not get shipping info after two weeks but after 6 weeks i have not heard back.
Their online chat is always offline and they never reply back to any chat messages either.
I have also tried call the phone number on their website but it immediately goes to voicemail. I left a voicemail and have yet to hear back on that too.
I see that other people have gotten the , " we noticed a defect" line also . At this point I have exhausted all channels of communication and this website is a scam.
i am willing to work with them if they reply back to this review... we'll see what happens next... otherwise i'm going to start blasting bad reviews everywhere until i get my money back.
