"They are FRAUD!"
They are FRAUD!! I bought Hamilton watch. They said this watch is out of stock, we are cancelling your order and refunding you amount. It’s been more than 10 days and now they are not responding. I sent them 100s of emails, messages, calls but no response. Please help me to get my money back from these scammers.

You have to be very careful with this company. They do not write the description well. They fooled me with a ROLEX, they said Mens Watch does not write the mm and then I wrote an email where I mentioned 41mm. They sent me a 36mm and they do not want to return. Besides it took 2 weeks to get to my house. They take long time to reply. Worse experience ever.

It was the worst experience ever with online sellers.
From the start it looked like the operators were very confident, easy communication, fast response. I read negative reviews but thought there were positive too and decided to take a chance. Absolutely wrong decision of mine. I made bank transfer and was waiting for 3 weeks for delivery as they said. After that period I contacted them and was told that the watch didn’t come to their warehouse and was offered to chose an another one that was InStock. Again, sorry we sold it. Take another one, sold too (InStock on their suite) and so on. And they asked me to wait 6-8 more weeks. It means they have NOTHING in stock and just keeping your money for a few weeks. And communication became really sour after they said not having my order watch. They stopped answering emails, chat was unavailable, etc. Eventually, I reached Pia (the only person that sounded honest) and she cancelled my order with full refund. But I received $50 less than I sent them. May be it was not much to compare to the the amount I paid, but anyway. What was the worst, I waisted a lot of time and nerves. I was even thought it was SCAM and never receive my money back. Probably not 100% but Be aware! Cheap prices cover big lies.

"Just say No"
I ordered a Tag Heuer Aquaracer Calibre 5 Automatic White Dial Men's Watch WBD2111.BA0928 which is shown as "Back in Stock" on 17 May 2023. However, this watch has been discontinued for several years now. I was billed 18 May 2023 with no other communication. I immediately opened a dispute with Paypal. There was no response to phone calls, emails, or chat. This vendor never responded. Too good to be true...usually is! Finally received my refund from Paypal after 3 weeks. I can say avoid using Paypal because they wanted to investigate for 3 weeks after I complained. AMEX would have processed this in 3 days or less.

"Fishy company- don't buy anything from them"
I ordered a watch on April 10th. I immediately got an email that it will take about 10 days for the watch to be shipped. 9 days later, I didn't get any email. So I contacted them to see what was up with the order. They told me it will take a bit more time. Finally they mentioned it will arrive by May 12th. On May 12th I contacted them again, and they told me that the watch was there but no one was in their office to ship it. They offered to refund it, since I needed this watch for a birthday absolutely on the 13th (Saturday). When I asked if I could get a receipt of the refund being done, they mentioned the refund team was outsourced and would do it later. I keep emailing and calling (you never get to talk to some one BTW it's always the answering machine), no one updates me on the refund. We are Tuesday. I am wondering now on the legitimacy of this company. Everything seems very fishy to me.
I don't recommend. I think they sell watches that they don't have, and I don't think it's a real company with people working every day in an shop/ office.

"Awful experience"
My experience with watchshopping.com gives me great concern about their legitimacy. I ordered a watch that was supposedly in stock. It never shipped. I contacted them (they did not bother reaching out to me) and was told that the watch was no longer available: "According to our fulfilment team, your order was expected to ship out however, while they were processing the order it was found that the watch was not setting the time properly." This excuse seems consistent with other stories they've told other customers, as reflected in other reviews.
I then requested a full refund and was told I would receive one. The time for the refund came and went. I then reached out to them again, but have heard nothing in response.
In my opinion, these facts support the conclusion that this company is possibly fraudulent. Buyer beware.

"Total scam"
Found a watch on this website and saw the bad reviews but decided to try and save money anyways. I called them and they said the watch was in stock. So I made the purchase for $5k. My credit card was immediately charged. A week later I had not received the watch so I contacted them and they told me the watch was still being inspected and oh, by the way, we are NOT an authorized dealer so the warranty may not be valid. A week after that I still had not received the watch so I contacted them again and they told me the watch was no longer available (but still "in stock" online) and they said I would receive a refund. A week later I contacted them to ask why I had not received my refund yet. They were always quick to reply but this time they did not respond. It is now almost a month later and still no refund. No phone calls have been returned and no emails have been replied to. Now I am out 5k and no watch. Happy Watchshopping folks!

"Ordered a watch showing "in stock" 60…"
Ordered a watch showing "in stock" 60 DAYS AGO. Got the run around for 3 weeks saying its shipping from another facility, problems with distributor, etc. Every excuse you can think of (and don't bother calling them, it goes to a voicemail!). After more complaining, we get a resonse today saying our watch is "lost in transit" from said other facility. TOTAL SCAM. They did offer to sell us a watch 3x the amount of the original which they insisted they have on hand to ship. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY

"Shady practice"
After three weeks, still getting the run around regarding the watch being stuck at another facility dt shipping? Decided to cancel my order three days ago, still waiting on confirmation of cancellation. You'd think they could return the money as fast as they take it, to keep some good faith. Won't be doing business with these guys again
