Received my Rolex today. 100% authentic watch and packaging. Great shipping. Actual ship date was delayed a few weeks beyond the promise date, but customer service was always available with updates and offered 100% refund if I didn't want to wait. Glad I waited.

"The watch that didn't exist..."

Offered a watch new on the website with an 8-10 day handling time before shipping. On day 10 they stated the watch was received but was scratched in transit and another could not be sourced. If I had to guess they were going to sell a used watch as new or have it refurbished when the website states new. I had high hopes for this place so this is an unfortunate turn off events. I would exercise caution when buying from this business. I am awaiting my refund currently.

I have a variety of watches and this was my first experience with this company. I ordered a Seiko Sports 5 GMT which at this point in time are next to impossible to source. I was quoted the 8-10 business days for delivery and it took a bit longer but I sent two separate chats during this time period and the customer service was immediate. I received my watch in brand new condition with all boxes and paperwork along with a personalized note from the company. Very good service and extremely satisfied!!
