"Stay away!"
Purchased an Omega Planet Ocean from WS on 5/2. Pia sent an email same day confirming purchase and stated she'd "be happy to assist with any questions or concerns I had" while the order is being processed. 1 week goes by and I contact Pia to check status. She responds within the hour saying they have encountered a delay and it could take up to 4 weeks to deliver watch. She did give me the option to cancel order, but I elected to be patient.
3 weeks go by and no watch and no communication. I sent several emails and left voicemail (don't expect to talk to anyone when calling...it goes straight to voicemail, another red flag) and received no response. 4 weeks go by and I send another email asking for my order to be cancelled and credit card refunded. It's been 2 days and no response of any kind from Watchshopping.com. I recently called my credit card company and filed a disputed charge claim.
I wish I would have done a little more research on this merchant before ordering. They do not keep any watches in stock. They are essentially a middleman/procurement service. When you buy a watch, they buy it from someone else...most of their so-called warranty cards come from eastern European countries and likely not legit and won't be accepted by the manufacture. If they can't find a watch that will turn them a profit, they sit on your order and essentially have an interest free loan from their customers.
Save yourself a headache and find another place to buy your watch.

"Watch not shipped, no response from customer service."
I ordered a Seiko SPB210J1 on May 12th. Credit card was immediately charged. received invoice by email that said another email would be sent after shipping. But so far, no email about shipping. It has been 3 weeks. Sent numerous emails, and chat messages. Phone call goes to voice mail. Not a single response. As if they have vanished. I think this is a total scam. I am out of $700, and not sure what to do.

"No Watch & No Customer Service"
Avoid buying from this retailer.
It has been over 3 weeks since I purchased my watch and received my invoice. They told me it would take up to 11 business days for the order to be received. I have not received my product and they cannot be bothered to even respond to calls or emails. I have emailed their customer service, filled out inquiry requests and left voicemails with no answer. Good luck getting in touch with customer service. I am seeing price changes online, so I know the site is still active.
During this whole process I have politely been in touch with the company, but it’s extremely frustrating to have given them $1,600 for a product to be ghosted.
I would advise against it. Going to be posting in a lot more places if I still hear nothing from them.

Worst experience ever! Ordered on the 5/28 then reached out with some questions via email, 5 emails in total as well as 15 phone calls unanswered and not one reply! Cancelled order this morning as there are so many reputable online dealers and these guys just dropped the ball BIG TIME!

just like the prior reviews. I spent 1100 apples for a watch. They told me it was damaged and they were going to send me another one. Then they said they would refund me. Now they have gone silent on the will not return any calls will not return any emails.

I ordered a TAG Heuer Carrera from these guys on May 7th and still order is in processing. Customer care goes straight to voice mail, chat never connects and these guys never respond to emails. Not sure what to do now. Better stay away from these guys. I am stuck now with my money and no product till now and no response. Did anyone know whether these guys are operational because I can't communicate with these guys through phone or chat or email.

This company is Bogus!!! Up to now I still haven’t receive my refund. I ordered my watch in April and they told me it will take 2-4 weeks. Then I was advised that the watch went missing in the transit. So I ask for my full refund instead. I keep emailing & calling & no response. I will report this company to BBB and to the authorities for scamming their costumers.

Online store allowed me to place and pay for an order that said it was in stock but was not.
1 and a half weeks later no shipping information…I contact them ( chat is a joke…says your 7 in line with 28 min wait….1 hour later you are 6 with 30 min wait..got too next inline hour later…let it sit for almost 2 hours and know one pu. This was during the mid day ).
Eventually days later got an answer finally….item not available…so sorry…will refund.
Three weeks later still no refund and chat is still useless.
Got a reply from email…will look into it…no further communication..till…they suggested that I go through my credit card issuer the file a dispute to get a refund….because they are shot staffed.
Had their system not allowed the order all this could’ve been avoided.
Never use this site…could you imagine having a issues with the product and trying to get help😱😖😖🤬🤬😂😂

"I’m feeling like I’m being scam right…"
I’m feeling like I’m being scam right now. Order a in stock tissot prx. Called them 10 times left voicemail, emailed 3 times, online chat 3 times. Not a single reply or response from anyone. It’s been 16 business day not a single reason or email whatsoever. I’m being nice giving them a couple day more then I will notify my credit card company that I got scam and will be disputing this charge. So far I feel like I’m being scam.
