"This is the worst car service ever"

This is the worst car service ever! Couldnt go to hamptons due to fire which was on all the news!
I was out of the country so soon as i heard, I changed rez to go to nyc to be safe!
After much arguing, they refuse to credit my credit card the difference which would be substantial!
Ill never use again!

"Reliable, professional, luxury car - worth it"

Booked a 5am pick-up for an early flight. Driver was on time, well dressed, professional, loaded and unloaded our bags for us, drove a nice car that was well kept. Would definitely use again. Worth the extra money for the reliability and luxury. Would use for clients too.

"Don't Use These Guys-Very Unethical Business "

The only reason I am giving them one star is because I can't give anything lower. I question this company's business ethics. On 4 Jan 2025, I booked a ride for my mother from the Kansas City airport to her house. She was flying from Frankfurt, Germany to Chicago and then to MCI. MCI closed around 1200 that day due to a winter storm so no pickups could occur. Luxy still charged me $185.60 even though they could not have met the terms of the agreement. I received a response from them on 20 Jan. They said: "Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent booking with us. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly and sympathize with the challenges of such situations. However, according to our policy, trip protection is required for refund eligibility. Unfortunately, since trip protection was removed from your booking, we cannot process a refund now." I find this amusing as they disregard the fact that the airport was closed but instead say "plans can change unexpectedly." They fail to acknowledge that they could not have met the terms of the agreement but simply I should have bought trip protection. Don't use these guys...they are crooked!

"Great experience"

Great experience: reliable, competent, courteous pick-up at Midway (Chicago), a long, dark 1 1/2-hour ride into deepest Indiana farmland, with no problems and a thoroughly pleasant driver in Charles Hampton. I’ll never call on family members again to make the long schlep to pick me up. Worth every penny (and less than other ride services). The money I saved by renting a car AWAY from the airport vendors will about pay for the luxury.

Extraordinary service with Business class ride, Jafar was an exceptional driver I ever hav my life, Very reliable & smooth ride today from Vero beach to palm beach airport, weather was too foggy but driver is very professional to handle it with patience. "Driver Stoned"

Driver seemed off a bit, nearly drove off the road at one pointy and had difficulty following his GPS. Once I exited the vehicle the reason became clear - he was stoned out of his mind and smelled of marijuana. Worst experience I've ever had, just an overpriced Uber so beware if you are looking for a professional driver for your trip, stay away.
