"Gifts for Christmas"

Before I placed the order with your company I checked to see what the delivery time would be. I sent inquiries regarding the order of 3 toys for my grandkids. The only info I could get was that the items were "in transit". On Dec 23 I received a response from you that the items should be delivered in time for Christmas & I should check with my neighbors to see if the packages had been delivered there. The packages came in 2 deliveries & it shows the items were sent from China & delivered on 12/28/24. Because of the communication & shipping issues I will not be using your company again.

We have the spinner ball. We can turn it on twirling it one way, but to turn it off, twirling it the other way does not work. We have to press the button. Too cold to try it outside, and inside is not a good idea.

"Terrible experience "

Terrible experience . I ordered a robot for Christmas for my daughter which I paid double the price than on Amazon on the basis that it was the original toy. It also took ages to arrived probably 2 weeks. For my surprise when I received the item de robot is so so tacky and cheaply made . I have been trying to contact customer service with no success. Left a voicemail and no return to my call . Appalling experience - please stay away !

The mp3 players don’t work and reach out to the company for instructions or returns have went unanswered. I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of response for Christmas gifts (that were past new years) for small children

"Shipping took almost three weeks"

Shipping took almost three weeks, which is fine but I wish it would have said that when I was selecting my shipping method and that it was coming from outside of the US. I would have done something different for it to arrive in time for Christmas. The camera seems very cheap. I’m thankful I got it 50% off because there’s no way it’s worth over $60. All that being said, my son loves it. I hope it lasts a while.

The item is still not delivered. This has been an underwhelming experience and disappointing since I paid for rush delivery on December 15th and my niece still doesn’t have the gift that I ordered.

I placed the order on 12/14/24, the website stated it would be a 5 to 8 day delivery time. I still haven't received it , as of 1/3/25 it arrived in Orlando Fl and is "waiting" to be picked up. This was a Christmas gift for my grandson, I am very upset.....
