This is an update to my Review of Dec 31. Trying to get a refund. Took From 12/21 to 1/1 to get info on return process. Requires me to send item to ITALY at a cost of 64.50 when I paid 48.45 for the item. Sent email asking for DOMESTIC address to return it to. No response. Tried to submit a complaint through BBB in NY based on the address they have listed on the website. BBB responded the company is not headquartered in the US (didn't say where they are) so they couldn't help. No one answers the phone. I submitted a report to econsumer.gov (based on BBB advice) today and I will see if my credit card company will do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered an item from a company in USA.
I am not absolutely ready to pay an international return fee SPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS THE COMPANY’ S FAULT.
First: My order CLEARLY spelled out where to send it.
Second: IMMEDIATELY, when they thanked me for receiving my order and had the wrong recipient’s address, I CORRECTED. I sent 3 e-mails. You sent me the same response ( I guess an automatic one) three times
I have to add that your automatic responses DO NOT help. Your service certainly stinks with all the aggravation that comes with it.

"Large bubble ball was a piece of junk"
Bought the large bubble ball and it was a piece of junk. Very difficult to blow up without poking a hole in the other side of the ball. Actually came with two balls probably for this very reason. Electric pump did not work well either. Need to pay better attention to the quality of your toys.

The mail suck it take a long time to come, due to customes. The robot is awesome. I bought it for a four year old but I think the youngest age I would buy for is an 8 year old.

"Telescope doesn't work and yet no refund offered???"
I ordered a telescope for my grandson at the end of November in order for it to arrive in time for Christmas - it did - however the problem is it doesn't work and this is not my grandson telling me so. My husband who is a keen astronomer (and other adults) can see nothing at all through it. When I started the return process obviously wanting a refund (it cost over $70) I was told it was too late to return it??? As far as I'm concerned this has nothing to do with timing but everything to do with the fact that if something doesn't work one expects one's money back. They NEVER answer the phone and have so far not responded to any of my e mails. Terrible customer service and I will NEVER purchase anything again from this company and advise others not to either. I am not giving up yet as this is basically robbery.

the mp3 player does not work and cant connect to any computer. i emailed customer service and have not heard back. ive called, emailed several times. this is a scam company. do not order from here.
