I am having a difficult time getting the player to connect to Bluetooth or radio to play music. Is there a troubleshooting guide to help with this? Thank you

"Bad Design & Poor Service"
Difficult to follow instructions to insert the valve in these giant balloons. So difficult in fact that I pressed so hard with the first that the valve went through the other side. Careful with the next, I enlisted help but we only managed to pull the balloon apart.
Totally inadequate response from Little Learners Toys - 60% voucher (so that I can fail with 2 more balloons) or 5% refund! Yes, a whole £1.65 refund, was offered!!!

"Not as described, nearly impossible to return to Bosnia"
I bought a design kit for a 8 year old on December 1st for my Granddaughter. The site said the kit would be delivered in 5-8 business days. Around the 3rd week of December I called the company only to find their phone was disconnected. Dec. 24th we received the kit with all the directions in Chinese and dirty pieces of material. They said I could return the kit but I would need to paid for shipping to Bosnia. Definitely a company out to deceive trusting customers. Do not use this company

"Jelly balloons"
Jelly balloons were extremely disappointing and so was the subsequent communication. Both balloons were difficult to inflate and then deflated within hours despite no mis-use or over-use. The customer service response was also disappointing - a 60% gift voucher or a 5% refund. I would never use this site again.

"I never received the item I ordered"
I never received the item I ordered on December 23rd. It is now January 14th. First, I got a message saying I should pick the item up at a place that is 4.5 hours drive from where I live. Then the tracking app said the item was "Returned". Another tracking app says there was a problem and they are looking into it. Today I received an email saying they will investigate. It is hard for me to trust this company, and I worry that it was a waste of my money.

"Flying balls did not perform as stated"
Flying balls did not perform as stated. Not suitable for children. Just crashed and banged and landed on the floor. Never gave them to grandchildren. I was approved to send them back for a refund. BUT the Order cost me $196 and it was going to cost $220 to ship it to ITALY to get my refund. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke and emailed and I "can certainly have a refund" and it's my responsibility to get items back to them first!
So I have five flying balls in the package they came in and CANNoT return them. NOT HONEST OR UPFRONT AT ALL.

"Terrible toy! Bad Customer Service! "
I bought the flying orb as a gift for my autistic grandson. We fully charged it so that we could try it out before wrapping and giving it to him for Christmas. We followed all the instructions but it didn't hover, just flew off, landed on the floor and was making a strange buzzing sound. On closer inspection the led strip was unattached to the outer cage so we assumed it was broken. I have contacted the company by email numerous times. Each time when they reply, they ask me to try something else. Make sure it's charged for at least an hour they said, which it was. Then they sent me a video to watch. But they will not accept that it was broken on arrival. Do not trust their toys! They are not worth the money and their customer service is long winded and very unsatisfactory!

Is it not possible to get a replacement? $61 USD for a toy that never worked? I understand your hesitation 'as you don't know how the toy was used" but I can't stress enough that we went to your store online specifically as you stocked this product and ( tried to) use it only as per the manufacturers specificationa. Both balls have a faulty seam in the same place. Perhaps my pics weren't clear enough. 5% of the purchase price, are you joking? This does not seem to be a great option but I fail to see how giving me 50% credit for the original asking price only for me to purchase the same product again is a fair deal. No I have no intention of purchasing anything further from you and would be happy to send back the product and its box if you'll send another one in return.
This is part of an email exchange with the company. I see my experience is not an isolated one. Awful quality. Terrible customer service

"Poor Quality Merchandise "
The product I received was subpar quality. When I attempted to return for a refund they told me to take the package to the post office and send back via the mail. When I went to the post office they refused to ship to the address in Italy Little Learners provided me with. I then attempted to ship UPS and found out the freight would be 172.00 which is more than the product is worth. I asked Little Learners for a shipping label or a refund if they do not want the product shipped back. No response.
