Paid for early shipping took almost a full month to receive my purchase. Never received any type of response from support. Packages delivered in poor condition.

very poor communication, no tracking of product possible. Eventually delivered late. Return and refund process very cumbersome and not straight forward at all. Hoping to get my money back!.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam. I ordered a camera from their website for a granddaughter for Christmas. Based on the estimated shipping time, there was plenty of time to receive the item. I got an update that it was in transit but no details and the tracking number lead to a dead end. The item arrived 2 weeks later than the original expected date and was a piece of junk. I submitted a request for return per the policy on the website and received an approval email with a foreign address although the return address on the package I received was NJ. The email address of the approval is a Gmail account - RED FLAG! The cost of return was 3 times the cost of the item.

Two items i purchased were VERY delayed, despite paying extra for fast delivery.

I did not receive the item I ordered which was due on Dec. 21, 202,4 and today is Jan. 7, 2025. When I check the progress, all it says is that it is in transit. However, I have a draft on my account for the amount of the item.
I ordered earlier in the December of 2024. It said it would arrive before Christmas, but it did not and still has not.

Product did not arrive in time for Christmas. Boxes were damaged during shipping. Ages on boxes are different than what was represented on the website.

I ordered merchandise on December 13, 2024 and to date, have not received what I paid for. The expected date of delivery is not accurate as stated on the order. I requested a refund and will not order products from this company in the future.
