"Fraudulent company - Buyer beware."
Terrible customer service. Returning an item is impossible as they give you a foreign address to send the return to however, it gets rerouted by the US Post Office to New Jersey drop box. Then they deny the refund saying it wasn’t delivered to their designated address. This company is totally fraudulent and should be pursued by authorities for fraud.

Purchased MP3 player for my granddaughter for Christmas who was thrilled with the item. However after two months the headset failed but Little Leaners replaced it within a couple of weeks. Great customer service.

"The toys I received were defective"
The toys I received were defective. When I wanted to return them, the company said that was fine if I pay the postage return fee and gave me the address to send it to. The return address was in Italy and would cost more than half the cost of items through USPS and 3 times as much as the cost of the items through UPS. Crazy!! Be careful! Eventually after many communications to Little Learners Toys with no satisfaction, I complained through my credit card with lots of documentation and they got my money back 3 months after the transaction.

"Very poor quality and customer service"
I purchased 2 x MP3 players, very poor quality and the cables in BOTH did not work. I tried to contact the company twice and have never had a response back. Very disappointed

I ordered a chess set which showed it had been delivered to my front door. However, it was NOT. I didn’t get much help from the company tracking my order. Actually, none at all. All they did was offer me a 30% discount if I re-ordered it!
The tracking number from the post office was just as useless.

"Don’t touch them"
Don’t touch them. Scammers. Before Christmas I ordered a Flying Orb toy £28. Not cheap. When it arrived it was badly packed in a crushed box with the remote control missing. I was only offered a new box when I complained as they said the remote was not needed!
Eventually they told me I could return the product to Italy, at my expense, for a refund. They are scammers. I’ve contacted my bank for a refund.

"Warning-don't try to return a purchase!"
I paid $95 for two Christmas gifts that were of extremely poor quality. I tried to return them within the two-week required window but it took four emails before they responded with a return address a month later. The original shipping address was in California. The required return address was in Italy! The shipping cost would have been $60. Horrible and disheartening experience.
