"delivery and communication is bad"
My "CHRISTMAS PRESENT” was delivered to the house I was staying at for the holiday on December 30th 2024
We were not there after December 26,2024 I wasn’t notified that the item had to be shipped from a different country and that the inventory was not available in the United States. I would not have ordered this if the company could communicate efficiently.

"If I could give no stars I would"
If I could give no stars I would! I ordered a back up item for my granddaughter because that item was the ONE thing she really wanted for Christmas. Her mother ordered it first and despite a given time frame stating that item would be delivered before Christmas, it did not! Fail #1. I ordered a duplicate item because we had no idea where the first item might be…stuck in a warehouse, lost. My daughter eventually did get her item and shortly after I received my duplicate order. I immediately contacted customer supports for return instruction, which included; send pictures of item with the shipping container before return approved. Did that. Return was approved and I was instructed to take it to the USPS, which delivered the item, and make sure it has a tracking number. The address for return was Puglua, Italy! The postmaster was shocked that’s were it should be returned and informed me that the shipping cost would be equal to or more than the value of the item I ordered! Is this a scam to discourage return items? I sent a return email requesting a USA address to return my item to, since the address on the website was Jamaica, NY. Is this a ghost address? Fail #2. I have not received a reply to my last email, and hopefully I will. Only then will I up my number of stars. At the moment I am left with using social media to warn customers away from Little Learners!

"Scam. Do not order from them"
I ordered an E writers for Christmas gifts. One of the 2 E writers did not work. It was damaged, used, broken. I immediately notified the company. I follow their instructions and their requests for several photos and several Videos of the item not working. I was told I could return it for a refund to ship it back to Italy?.. It would cost me $38 on a $40 item Little learners should have covered the cost of the return or refund me directly. The item i purchased was damaged, unusable, it did not work. Scam! Do bot buy from them

"Don’t do it! "
I wish I would have found this site before purchasing because their website looks legit. Bought mp3 players that only upload via windows computer which the website does not specify. Has taken 3 weeks to email back and forth for returning because customer service takes 3-7 days to reply to each email. Now I have to ship from the US to Italy and pay for the return shipping costs. Save your money and headache!

Didn’t deliver and refused to resolve issue. We had to take it up with our credit card.

"I purchased the giant jelly balloon…"
I purchased the giant jelly balloon ball for my grandson- on Boxing Day when we blew it up it was clear to see a fault and next day the balloon ball was down. I let the company know and because I purchased it September they aren’t interested in replacing or refunding at all. Disappointing and I won’t be ordering again from them as the spinning disc was also bad and didn’t charge or work properly.

"Only part of the order was sent"
Only part of the order was sent (the biggest part, but only part) and Little Learners customer support is not responding beyond an initial acknowledgement.
Poor customer service and a bad attitude. Avoid.

"Used to love! Now very disappointed "
I'm super disappointed in my experience with Little Learners. I purchased items from them a few years ago and feel the quality of merchandise has tanked. A few notes...
1. The item arrived late and I was not able to give the gift at the event, even when I ordered many weeks in advance.
2. The item is of extremely poor quality both in design and use/function.
3. It took several days to coordinate return, which the process itself is a bit odd and laborious.
4. Purchasers are responsible for return costs. This was my fault for not reading the fine print and seeing this was part of their return policy. To be honest, I never thought to read it because, like I said, I've had an excellent experience with products from this company in the past. This just seems wild to charge the customer to return an item, especially with the return facility in Italy - so international shipping to boot.

"It took nearly a month to arrive"
It took nearly a month to arrive. When I ordered I did not know this was an International purchase. The quality of the item is not what I had expected considering the price.

"Item not fit for purpose and no refund given"
I bought a children’s camera for Christmas for my nephew which broke within 2 weeks of use. The company are refusing to honour a refund or replacement.
