"I ordered gifts for a friend"
I ordered gifts for a friend, and after I used my Paypal account, some other company got the money. Also, my profile was saved incorrectly. The website did not capture the Billing Address correctly and entered the gift recipient's ID. Then, another company name ended on my PayPal. I purchased from Little Learners Toys and paid some company named Elizeta. Sees like a scam to me. I tried to cancel with PayPal, but they asked me to contact them first. Too much chaos.

"Poor customer service."
Customer Service is terrible. I purchased a watch for my granddaughter for Christmas. She already received on Christmas. I try return the item. I left phone messages. I sent an email. I had to take pictures of the product and email. So now they tell me cannot return it. I will never buy another product from them.

"Inferior Product- Terrible Customer Service "
A two balloon balls for my two grandchildren. When I saw the quality, I immediately requested to return the items for a refund. I must’ve contacted the company three or four times finally heard back from them on returning the product. They wanted me to ship the balloon balls to Italy via New Jersey. In other words, they wanted me to pay some ridiculous amount of postage to return these two items. I followed their instructions. And I’ve not heard back from them, or acknowledged receipt, even though the post office acknowledged delivery. This company is a total scam, please save your money, and do not do business with them!

"I wish I could pick zero stars"
I wish I could pick zero stars. They sent me a defective product and I kept sending them an email with a picture of what it looked like and they “wouldn’t receive it” so I had to keep calling back. When I finally spoke with someone I told her about the product and she literally said “WELL IF YOU RETURN IT WE CAN’T SELL IT.” That is word for word what she said. I said um I bought this from you and I can’t use it!? So again I sent an email with a picture of the product. No response. They are the thieves. I still burns me to this day that $60 I spent on a gift was taken from me, but if I can save someone from purchasing from this company with this post maybe it’s worth it. To the owners of this company/customer service reps… those mood dips of unhappiness that you sometimes might experience out of nowhere and when you feel a slight pain in your lower back… that’s called guilt. You can’t hide from it no matter how hard you try. Have a nice life.

"Not even one star!!"
Not even one star!!! A fraud company with zero customer service!! Received Mech after Christmas and 2 weeks late from time promised. Tried to send back but never given address or RA for return. Total rip off. Never buy from them!!!! Sent merch back to address on package and was still charged . Followed their so called “return steps” 3 times with no response except to repeat the “return steps” that proved to be pointless. No merch and out $61.95!!

"Item was a Galaxy Lights Flying Magic…"
Item was a Galaxy Lights Flying Magic Orb which arrived broken. After many emails and their customer services taking days to respond, I had appealed to them for a refund as this item was delivered faulty and it wasn't worth a replacement. Arrived just before Christmas and emailed customer service immediately when I found it was broken. As of today 06/02/25 my appeal was rejected and the case closed! Their policy is to refund a 1/3rd of the cost ! Not good enough, this toy cost £28.00. Heard poor reviews about this company but gave them the benefit of doubt. I personally don't recommend as this is an overseas company and not based in the UK even though it uses a UK web page for purchasing.

"Poor quality & poor service "
We purchased VR headsets that require an app purchase to use. The headsets included very limited instructions and once we figured out how to do it, the phone app was not functioning correctly. Ended up being a frustrating not-VR experience. When trying to return the product, you have to submit a request and then mail it yourself out of the country which ended up costing $60 to send. Ultimately, a poor product and poor customer service experience.

"A horrible company"
This is a horrible company. I ordered a Christmas present on November 29. The merchandise did not arrive until after Christmas. It is very difficult to return the merchandise. The company does not publish a return address, it requires you to complete a form with pictures of the merchandise and an explanation of why you need to return it. If the company agrees with the return request, they supply an address. The return address is in Italy and the company will not cover the shipping cost. In my case, the international shipping costs were twice the value of the merchandise. Do yourself a favor and skip purchasing anything from this horrible company.

"Dreadful company, borderline scam, avoid!"
Delivery extremely slow despite paying for express. Customer service non-existent. Item arrived too late for christmas and despite requesting the return within a few days, it took their team weeks to acknowledge the request and advise how it can be completed. By then, we're past their returns window and they won't accept the return. Disgraceful - avoid
