The item was damaged inresponse and does not work. I have sent 2 emails and have had no response. This item was $75 and should have been delivered in 5 to 8 days. Arrived on Christmas Eve 18 days after order.

The only business this company is in is the business of defrauding customers. I ordered 3 items for Christmas. It took 3 weeks to receive the items. 2 of the items don’t work at all. The tablet won’t turn on. The spinner lights but does not spin. The company does not pay for return shipping and requires items to be return Italy - making the cost of a return greater than the cost of the items. They require you to send pictures of the items you want to return before a return is approved. Why would that be required? Most likely to deter casual returns. The address of the company, according to their website, is actually the address of a clothing retailer. Most concerning, the answers to complaints are very “canned” as if they have been copied from other legitimate vendors in an effort to seem legitimate. I notified Chase Bank Visa. I also notified the Better Business Bureau and the Illinois Attorney General’s office. This business is a fraud.

"We purchased the jelly balloon as a present"

We purchased the jelly balloon as a present for grandchildren at Christmas. We were expecting one balloon, but there were two in the box.
Neither balloon lasted the day! They were used by young children on a carpeted surface. One developed a leak near the valve and the other developed a leak. We attempted to use the repair these with the kit provided, but they are still unusable.

"Return Nightmare"

The toy was great but I needed to return and that is what became a nightmare. First of all, this is a company that requires that the return be sent to ITALY at an outrageous price. I sent it and then waited and waited. Even when there was evidence that the package had arrived, NO REFUND. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, i don't think they ever intend to give me a refund... This started in Nov, it is now Jan

"Product ordered as a Christmas gift in…"

Product ordered as a Christmas gift in November...Granddaughter received in January (when we saw her) doesnt work but cannot return as its a 30 day return policy

"This giant balls was a total failure"

This giant balls was a total failure. The first deflated within 12 hours, because it had a leak. We repaired the leak with the repair kit, and then the ball exploded within 1/2 hour. The second ball had an improper seal and would not inflate.
On top of it, it all smelled terrible and toxic, and had none of the necessary Australian import product safety information so now I'm questioning if we poisoned my grandkids.

I requested a full refund of this purchase and offered to return the broken products. The only offer from them was 60% credit or a refund of 5%. They claim they can't refund the product because it has been used. How frustrating is that!

"poor delivery"

The items themselves are wonderful. However, while the confirmation email for my order on Dec 10 said they were being sent by USPS - Standard Shipping (5–8 days), the toys didn't arrive until Dec 27, several hours after my grandchildren left to return home. I look forward to giving them these toys when I see them again this summer, but I am very disappointed I couldn't give these as Christmas gifts as planned. I saw the same toys on Amazon but trusted the quality, service and delivery with you would be better.

"They are a great idea"

They are a great idea. Brilliant fun. We had so much fun with it, while it lasted. They are fun to play with in a dark room.
The downside is that they don't last long, before they break down. I ordered 4 of them, and they all broke down within an hour. They were charged up before use. They do come with some charge in them. It was a shame because my grandson loved them. So did I.
