Bought one of their overpriced poor quality Chinese balloons
Grandchild used it for approx 30 mins and then it split down the seam!
Contacted company and was told bad luck as longer than 30 days! I am a pensioner so have to buy presents over the year for Xmas! No customer service at all! Stay away from this company! Better to go to kmart! And save a lot of money! Obviously they must get bad comments on fb as no comments permitted!

This company is a scam and now I am fighting the charge with my credit card company.

They sent me the wrong product. Tried to get me to pay to ship it back it Italy, which would have cost more than the product. I asked for them to cover the shipping multiple times and they said no. Then told me there’s nothing else they can do. It was their mistake, they should have made it right.

I purchased a $200.00 toy from this company and it never arrived. I have called twice and used there on line system twice to find out what's going on and never got a response. You will never be given the opportunity to talk to anyone dealing with this company there is no customer service. I will be putting a stop payment on the charge. Now my 5 year old grandson will not be getting a birthday present on his birthday from his grandfather. If you deal with these people you deserve what you get, if your given the opportunity to hear what they did to me and still choose to do business with them!

"I bought 3 boxes of the jelly balloons…"

I bought 3 boxes of the jelly balloons and not one of them worked. The seams around the tops gave way on 3 of them, one just disintegrated when it was being inflated and the rest would not stay inflated. I have sent multiple msgs to them and filled out the return forms which stated I couldn’t return them as it was 1 day over the cut off period. Not my fault as I couldn’t get a reply. What a waste of money and even worse a huge disappointment for my young grandchildren at Christmas. Would never recommend anyone buying anything from this business. Shocking

"Bought balloon ball toys for my 3 and 6 year old grandsons"

Bought balloon ball toys for my grandsons for Christmas. Both balls burst within 24 hours of indoor, normal play by a 3 and 6 year old. I contacted customer service 3 times for a resolution or refund. They refused stating they couldn't be sure how the toys were used and insinuated they were used inappropriately. They offered me a 5% return of my purchase price!!! Do not buy from this inferior, non American, scammy company. If I could give them no stars, I would.

"Terrible service and poor quality item."

The item I ordered arrived too late. It also had no labelling whatsoever so the children wouldn’t know what it was. I tried to return it and got very delayed replies on how to do this. I then never heard back on the address to send the return too despite chasing this up with the company. Far too expensive and terrible service. I now have a gift that is poorly labelled, too late to use for its intended purpose and I’m unable to return despite reaching out within the claimed “returns” window.

"NOT HAPPY WITH LITTLE LERNERS"

First of all, I was told I would receive my order in 5 to 8 days, but it took 13. And I DID NOT get what I was supposed to get. I was supposed to get two of the Giant Belly Balloon Balls, one I paid for and one free. But I only received the one. I have called the company twice but no one ever answers the phone and no one has called me back or responded to my messages. I also sent an email but got no response to that. So, NO, I am not happy with Little Lerners! I have 15 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. I would love to be able to buy gifts for them thru Little Lerners but I obviously cannot trust you or depend on you to do what you say you will do. If I cannot get this resolved, I will not be ordering from you again. I placed my order online on December 27th. and my Confirmation # is: UCQF28CUY.
