I recently used Miss Maid for carpet cleaning, but sadly, my experience was quite disappointing. After the initial clean, the stain on my carpet reappeared once it dried. I contacted the company, provided photos, and politely requested that they rectify the issue. Unfortunately, they refused to re-clean the carpet, leaving me with a subpar result despite having paid for their service.

I had hoped for better customer service and accountability, especially as the job was clearly not completed properly in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable and professional carpet cleaning.
