Terrible experience, 3 emails later and no response to this company sending me the wrong product and no communication at all. Would not use again
1st email:

I ordered a

As a gift, I have been sent the wrong knife or a knife not of the quality I have had in this price range- photos attached.

Garbage service. Cancel my order and dont reply to email for 2 days. I order the knife again and tell them not to charge me for 2 knifes. Another day goes by without a reply. Suddently the numbnuts send TWO knives and charge me for both.
Lack of communication is crazy. Will never shop there again. I warned the danish EDC community about this company.

"I Was Specific"
When I placed the order I wrote some specific instructions that I'd prefer you NOT to use UPS as they have a habbit of not delivering. And here we are, the driver sailed past and 5 minutes later I get an email saying 'it couldn't be delivered'.
So thanks for that. I now have an hours round walk to pick it up.
Why have a box with instructions if they're going to be ignored?

I ordered one Shapton Pro Stone, grit 1000, in May 2024. It is now October, and the item still hasn’t been shipped. When you contact their support, they encourage you to request a refund instead of helping you receive the item. Not so great.
