Poor communication.
Poor delivery service.
On 05.11.24 web site system was showing order completed.
UPS at the same time send me the message that order will be delivered on 06.11.24. Then in the evening without any explanation order was rescheduled for the evening 07.11.24.
There were no update or email neither from UPS or knifeandtools .
In the morning on the 07.11 I had to chase my order,and to speak with UPS customer service to make sure that there's no more unexpected changes.
Apart from that knife is excellent.

Horrible! Their website had a failure and I ended up out of pocket and with an item I do not need.

Their website had a failure: I couldn’t place an order at the first attempt. Tried another time, succeeded. Then I received a few emails from them with the last one confirming that the order was cancelled.

I had to buy the same item elsewhere. I used it so I couldn’t return it anymore. And then later the item from knives and tools arrives.

I tried to write to them explaining that it is their system that mislead me. I asked them to handle the return and pay for the postage.

First, they didn’t even respond to me. Then they asked me if I still want to response, ignoring my arguments. And then I left the public review which draw attention to my complaint. They came back at me aggressively. I tried to explain the situation, they just ignored my arguments and told me that the ticket is now closed on their end, without even asking if I’m satisfied with the solution. This was done in a ver rude way!

I guess they prefer to save €10 over learning from the let down customer and improving their system.

Very poor experience. Think twice if you are ordering abroad and facing high return postage.

Sono rimasto avvero soddisfatto dalla qualità del servizio offerto.
Possibilità di personalizzazione del prodotto tramite incisione laser,che purtroppo non ho utilizzato, perché me ne sono accorto dopo aver già confermato l’ordine.
