Great website and selection of quality items to purchase at fair prices. I am a repeat customer, but would likely order more often if it were not for the nearly tenner delivery charge. My last delivery was small and light and still cost nearly a tenner!!

The package arrived without incident. The box was slightly damaged, but the contents were fine. The tool itself works well, and all the functions are working correctly. However, the handles are clearly misaligned when closed, which is very disappointing considering the price of the tool and the reputation of the brand. I hope you can pass this feedback on to your Victorinox dealer.

"Extremely poor customer service"

Extremely poor customer service. Parcel was delayed by more than 5 days (UPS) and no apologies and only using poor excuses as peak parcel period etc. What is more frustrating is the fact that signature is required on delivery and had to be home for all those days parcel did not show up. No updates on when parcel was going to be delivered and when requested about delivery charge refund they are ignoring. Completely lack of customer service. Will not buy again from this business.
