"The have my money.. I never got glasses"

The have my money... I paid extra for expedited shipping I have a tracking number but it's never left the facility, and as USPS says they never "put it in the mail". Phone number doesn't work doesn't even ring it just hangs up. Tried live chat at 2 o'clock central standard time, said there wouldn't be any buddy back for six hours! I am so pissed! I can't believe everybody else has had great experiences when this is clearly a fraudulent website!! oh and my order number doesn't exist in meters my email in their system!

I ordered 4 pair of glasses from Elkwear a few weeks ago and they came today. First of all I'd like to say they have unusual styles available for those of us that like to stand out. I was impressed with the packaging, as they arrived in great condition. I was kinda worried what the quality would be like...since they were very inexpensive compared to what I would usually pay. They were AWESOME! Thank You! Very happy customer here!!!

The glasses store was recommended by a friend, he is very satisfied, and I am also very satisfied! The glasses are of good quality and great value for money. It took a few days to process the glasses, but it was worth it! The lenses are clear and comfortable to wear.

First they sent the wrong glasses with the wrong prescriptions. They they stated they would expedite my order and give me back half of the cost of the glasses Over a month has past and no glasses. Customer support is not helpful. This was a disaster.

DON'T BUY FROM ELKLOOK. I purchased 3 pairs of eyeglasses. Each was too big. They don't have a way of first trying on the glasses like many other sites have so I couldn't tell they would be too big. I paid $159.75 for them. They refused to send me an address I could send them back to and will not return my money. I've dealt with many eyeglass sites and this has never happened before. THEY ARE A SCAM!
