I ordered 3 pair of glasses and received 2 pair. Elklook emailed me and resolved the issue immediately. I emailed Elklook about not receiving my 3rd pair of glasses. Elklook emailed me back in a timely fashion and said the 3rd pair of frames that I ordered was too large for my PPD, which was why they only sent 2 pairs of glasses. Also, Elklook offered me higher price glasses to choose from free of charge. I emailed Elklook my choice and the 3rd pair of glasses arrived in a timely fashion. On all 3 pairs of glasses I ordered my prescription was perfect. I recommend Elklook glasses they are excellent quality. Thank you
