I believe I was sent the wrong prescription. I cannot wear the glasses without a tremendous headache. They caused me to miss a step at work and I injured my self. I would like a refund.

Online ordering was easy. Package took a while but it was received today. Lovely, sturdy packaging-cases, both hard shell & cloth sack. Cleaning fiber included. What is the measuring tool & how do I use it? No paperwork whatsoever, a bit confusing.

The wrong pair of glasses arrived with the wrong RX in them. I tried to get the right ones I wanted but they were out of stock. They replaced them with another similar pair but weeks later.
